The discipline accomplishment of teachers is the key to improving the quality of school and ensuring the students' acceptance of high quality education.For Chinese teachers,Chinese discipline accomplishment is the ontology of Chinese teachers qualities which is in learning and teaching in the formation and development,and into the teacher of Chinese comprehensive cognition and understanding,including language,thinking,aesthetic and cultural aspects.In this study,a young male teacher of primary school,C,was selected as the research object.Through in-depth interviews and observation,the research materials were obtained and the data were analysed.Based on the present C teachers' growth and work experience,through its growth trajectory,combined with the content of Chinese discipline,mainly from the "language of the construction and application of'thinking "development and promotion" and "aesthetic appreciation and creation","cultural heritage and the understanding of" four aspects of teacher C Chinese discipline structure and literacy performance.On this basis,from the three dimensions of society,education and individual,it reveals the factors that influence the formation of the language discipline of C teachers.The study found that C teachers cultivated interest in Chinese under the influence of important others and walked on the way of Chinese teaching;receiving education made Chinese discipline accomplishment constantly generated;personal love and pursuit of language,and vigorously promote the development of Chinese discipline accomplishment.Therefore,from the teacher C in the formation of discipline accomplishment,we found that Chinese academics accomplishment teacher C has been changing in the development,The internal mechanism of its changes and development is to understand Chinese discipline accomplishment is the premise of subject construction of Chinese literacy;continuous learning is fundamental discipline formation;development demand gradually increase is key to enrich the Chinese conservation;strengthening teachers,belief is the guarantee of the development of Chinese literacy;reading and writing is a weapon to improve the literacy of Chinese.Therefore,in order to improve Chinese discipline accomplishment,teachers should study the curriculum standards,clear the subject of Chinese accomplishment;broaden the learning channels,improve Chinese accomplishment;clear the direction of development,the pursuit of poetic language;clarify the teachers' beliefs,discover the beauty of Chinese;develop reading and writing habits,rich cultural heritage.
