The quality and ability of teachers in open education play a decisive role in the level of open education and the quality of personnel training.It is very necessary to carry out the training of open education teachers.It is an effective way to achieve the goal of improving the quality and ability of the teachers in the open education,which is conducive to the construction of the teaching staff of the open education.And the training model is very important in a training.Choosing the appropriate training mode will help to train the organization to carry out high quality teacher training;it is beneficial to the teaching teachers to realize their teaching goals and complete the training tasks;it will help to improve the learning efficiency,participation and the transformation of training knowledge in the actual work.At present,in the field of teacher training,the research on the training of open education teachers is relatively lack.The research on the training mode of the open education teacher is in a blank state.To a certain extent,it is not conducive to the training of the teachers of the open education teachers,which will restrict the development of the open education.Therefore,it is very meaningful to study the training mode of the open education teachers.First,this study makes use of the literature research method to fully understand the current research status of teacher training mode at home and abroad,and to summarize and summarize,and to investigate teachers who have participated in the training of thousands of teachers in Yunnan Open University,to understand the needs of teachers in training mode,training mode,training content and so on.At the same time,taking part in the training of teachers in Yunnan Open University through the whole course of practice,we have a full understanding of the whole process of teacher training in the practice,deeply analyze every link of teacher training,start from practice,start from the actual problems of the training of open education teachers,and combine the SECI model to the teacher training,and pay attention to the explicit knowledge and theimplicit knowledge.The process and conditions of mutual transformation are inherited and developed for the "three stage" training model used by the training of thousands of teachers in Yunnan Open University,and a hybrid training model based on the SECI model is constructed.Then,this study uses the Delphy prediction method to build a hybrid training model based on SECI model,and evaluates the scientific,feasible,operational and innovative aspects of the hybrid training model based on SECI model through experts,teacher training organizers and teachers.Based on feedback,the author modifies and perfected the mode.PressureFinally,the paper discusses the design of teacher training activities based on the SECI model,and introduces the characteristics of the model to carry out the training process,and expounds the innovation and deficiency of this research,and looks forward to the research.
