country.An important component of China's transition from a big country to a powerful country is the prosperity of competitive sports,which is also an important window to show the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the course of the development of volleyball,the cultivation of volleyball reserve talents is especially important.The traditional volleyball event school is one of the important ways for the national elite volleyball players to export.It shoulders the dual task of cultivating a large number of reserve talents for competitive sports and laying a broad foundation for mass sports.It is the joint point of competitive sports and school sports.It is the cradle of cultivating excellent sports reserve talents.To do a good job in the construction of traditional sports schools will promote the development of school sports,the implementation of the national fitness program and the Olympic glory program,as well as the strengthening of the constitution of young students.The vigorous development of competitive sports lays a solid foundation.This paper mainly uses questionnaire,literature,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods to Suzhou,Jiangsu Province,The present situation of 10 traditional volleyball event schools in Xinxiang City,Henan Province was investigated and compared.The purpose of the study was to understand the development of traditional volleyball sports schools in the two cities under different geographical location,regional conditions and cultural background.In order to find out the reasons of the difference,find out its shortcomings,and give specific suggestions for the problems,in order to play a reference role in the healthy and sustainable development of traditional volleyball schools in underdeveloped areas.Through the investigation,the following conclusions are drawn:1.from the school of traditional volleyball school structure of two city view,Suzhou City,Xinxiang City,traditional volleyball schools are located in primary school and junior high school stage,no high school level,the overall number is not much,has not formed the "primary school junior high school high school" at the interface between the talent delivery channels.But according to the investigation statistics that,Suzhou and Zhangjiagang city of Xinxiang city middle school twenty-second Nanfeng the two schools currently only a small part of the business class high school opened.2.The male ratio of coaches in traditional volleyball schools is higher than that of females,and the gender,age and professional title of coaches in the two cities are basically reasonable.In terms of age,the combination of old,middle and young people of different ages shows that the ages of coaches in Suzhou traditional schools are mainly between 36-45 years old,accounting for 470.The coaches of traditional schools in Xinxiang City are mainly distributed between 27-35 years old.The coaching years of coaches in the two cities are generally low.The teaching years of coaches in Suzhou and Xinxiang cities are mainly between 4 and 6 years,accounting for 47.6% and 44.5 percent respectively.The proportion of coaches with graduate degree in Suzhou is higher than that in Xinxiang.The title of coaches in Suzhou is higher than that of coaches in Xinxiang,and the coaches in traditional schools in the two cities have the corresponding scientific research consciousness and ability,but the scientific research consciousness and ability of coaches in traditional volleyball schools in Suzhou are higher than those in Xinxiang city.3.There are obvious differences between the two cities in terms of training years and sports grades.The training years of traditional school athletes in Suzhou are mainly between 1-3 years,accounting for 43.3 years,while the training years of athletes in Xinxiang traditional schools are mainly between 4 and 6 years.As a whole,the overall level of Xinxiang athletes is higher than that of Suzhou City athletes;in terms of participation motivation,most of the athletes in the two cities' traditional schools like volleyball and want to become professional athletes,but not a few of them want to participate in volleyball.The traditional volleyball school athletes in Suzhou have a slightly better attitude towards cultural study than Xinxiang city.When the remedial measures were investigated in Suzhou traditional volleyball school athletes "taking part in remedial classes" accounted for more than 37%,while students in Xinxiang took 47% of them to review themselves after class.4.In the investigation and consultation of the school administrators of the traditional volleyball events in the two cities,the students of the traditional volleyball school in Suzhou mainly come from the special recruitment and the school excavation;The coaches of the traditional volleyball event schools in the two cities are in the front position according to their physical form and volleyball competitive level,accounting for more than 80%,but they are less in the aspects of bone test,personality and psychological factors,etc.5.The satisfaction of coaches in Suzhou,Xinxiang and Xinxiang is 35.6% and 54.5respectively,but Xinxiang has a gap compared with Suzhou.The funds of traditional volleyball schools in Xinxiang and Xinxiang are mainly derived from the school funds and the administrative funds of the physical education departments,which account for more than 90% of the funds of the traditional schools,and the operation mode of the traditional volleyball schools in Suzhou and Xinxiang is relatively simple.Most are independent operation mode.6.The coaches in the two cities pay more attention to the annual training plan,the large period training plan and the weekly training plan.The implementation of psychological training is better than that of Xinxiang City,and the use of coaches in Suzhou is better than that in Xinxiang City. |
