As the cultural treasures of the Chinese nation,Chinese martial arts is rooted in the fertile soil of traditional Chinese culture and continuously absorbs the nutrients provided by traditional culture to promote self-development and perfection and create its own glorious history.As a member of the Chinese martial arts family,Xingyi Quan has created a "cold house" for the splendor of Chinese martial arts.However,with the strong"occupancy" of Western sports culture,both in terms of content and form,the Xingyi Quan has been affected by subtle influences and has changed to some extent.So what kind of influence has it been?What kind of state does Xingyi Quan survive and develop in today's society?With this curiosity,a study on the existence of Xingyi Quan was carried out.It is hoped that the study of this article will provide reference and reference for the inheritance and development of Xingyi Quan.This article uses Xingyiquan as its research object,and mainly uses literature research methods and expert interviews to research Xingyi Quan.Through the analysis of the collected data,it is found that Xingyi Quan in the present society "Sorrowful and happy" forms survived and developed arduously.The "sadness" of Xingyi Quan was mainly manifested in the loss of the cultural connotation of Xingyi Quan,the serious lag in the theoretical research of Xingyi Quan,and the alienation and formation of Xingyi's technical system.The number of Xingyi Quan exercises gradually decreased in four aspects;and the "Hi" of Xingyi Quan was mainly manifested in:the value orientation of Xingyi Quan tends to be pluralistic.Through the analysis,it is found that the factors from the subjective and objective factors in history,the actual causes of "interest" and"accidents" within the history,the unreasonable protection mechanisms and the competition system,as well as the influence of the feudal anti-establishment ideology are the causes of the "sad" status of Xingyi Quan.The influence of the internal factors of Xingyi Quan and the change of the needs of the main subject are the main reasons for the"hi" of Xingyi Quan.Through reflections on the above issues,we found that Xingyi Quan's physical choices:Shepherd's end result in technological alienation,and the development of Xingyi Quan's cultural fragmentation:the loss of Xingyi Boxing culture caused by esteem and favor.Based on the above research,the following enlightenment has been drawn:to activate traditional culture,to provide quality resources for the inheritance and development of Xingyi Boxing;to strengthen cultural self-confidence,and to inherit and build on traditional culture.To develop Xingyiquan;to give play to the main role,to fundamentally promote the inheritance and development of Xingyi Boxing;coordinate the value orientation and achieve rationalization,inheritance and development of the multiple integration of Xingyi Boxing.Through the above four measures,the problems existing in the inheritance and development of Xingyi Boxing in the current social environment are solved,and the great prosperity and great development of Xingyi Boxing are finally achieved.
