Investigation And Countermeasure Of The Operation Status Of Amateur Tennis In Wuhan

Tennis is a highly professional sport,which has a unique cultural connotation and a relatively perfect competition market and Wuhan is one of the cities in China where the current promotion of tennis is better.The rapid development of tennis is inseparable from the event,Such as Chinese amateur tennis clubs league(Wuhan station),CRT China net league(Wuhan station),Wuhan amateur tennis tournament,Wuhan tennis city club league and many other large-scale amateur tennis tournaments have been mature.Each has a relatively complete set of game operation mechanism and dedicates to the promotion of amateur tennis of Wuhan as well.However,with the increase in amateur tennis tournaments and the more strictly demands of competitions for competitors,how to organize the competition better is the top priority in the development of the competition.This article takes the four major amateur tennis tournaments in Wuhan as the research object,adopts the methods of literature materials,expert interview,field survey,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics,combines the characteristics of the amateur tennis events in Wuhan as well,to systematically analyze the current status separately from the aspects as the organization,contestants management,competition model,event promotion and promotion,event funding sources,sponsors and so on.After research,the following conclusions have been drawn:1.In terms of organization of the event:The organization of amateur tennis events in Wuhan is mainly sponsored by the provincial and municipal sports bureaus and tennis associations.The well-known sports companies have worked together to form a relatively complete operating mechanism for the events.Nevertheless,to strengthen cooperation,to learn from each other,and to complement each other also can be done among the major amateur tennis events.2.Management of contest participants:Participants are more male and less female,where young and middle-aged are the main force.Website registration and the point methods are all recognized by the participants.It affirms the existing entrants'management model and encourages more women and people from different ages and different occupations to participate in the competition to lay a solid mass foundation for the event.3.Competition management:The venues are distributed in the main city area and the time is arranged on the weekend for two days,besides spring and autumn are more favored.The competition is mainly based on mixed team competitions,and the competition method generally adopts group cycling and elimination matches,whose trust system was conducted and recognized by everyone,Whereas the game grouping,award setting and medical insurance need to be further improved.4.Promotion of competitions:Promotion is primarily carried out through the Internet,ball friend introduction,while news media and television broadcasting are with little effect.The organizers need to enhance the cooperation between the major media and update the events information on time.The government can positively guide and purify the propaganda environment,attach importance to tennis culture,and shape a good competition brand image.5.Tournament expenses and sponsors:Funds for the competition mainly come from sponsors and corporate sponsors,some of which are funded by the government and a small amount from private financing or registration fees,so the form of sponsorship is single.The organizer needs to broaden the financing channels,strengthen cooperation with sponsors,and actively seek the help of companies and associations to diversify the forms of sponsorship.The government can appropriately increase funding for amateur tennis events to ensure the normal operation of the event.
