Population is affect the economic development and social progress is an important factor,the composition of the population structure,population structure change is one aspect of the population problem is very important,this is because the population structure and its change with the economic development of a country,region exists the close relation,but also adversely affects the economic development level in the "population".According to the latest "Yangtze river delta city clusters development plan",the Yangtze river delta city clusters to depends on platform of national building,construction be geared to the needs of the world,the radiation in the asia-pacific,leading the development of the country's "world city",to achieve this ambitious goal,there must be corresponding human resources as a guarantee.Based on the theory of migration and flow of population and human capital,this paper studies the characteristics of population structure of urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Delta and its impact on economic development.Mainly from the natural structure,social structure,regional structure and economic structure of the population of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the full text,the current research situation at home and abroad,the research method and the purpose.This paper expounds the relevant concepts and basic theories,mainly defines the relevant concepts of population structure,and briefly introduces the basic contents of human capital theory and migration flow theory.Secondly,the paper expounds the history and situation of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations and their population development,and focuses on the detailed analysis of the natural structure,social structure,regional structure,and economic structure of urban agglomerations.The main characteristics of population structure of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations are analyzed from the perspective of the increasing degree of population aging,the remarkable "town-city" population flow,and the slow urbanization rate of the large cities.On the basis of the previous analysis,this paper focuses on the qualitative and empirical analysis of the impact of population structure on economic growth in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations.Human capital is a soft power factor to promote the development of a region.To some extent,the development of human capital structure will have a decisive impact on economic development and social progress.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the optimization of population structure of Yangtze river delta urban agglomerations from the aspects of establishing and improving social security system,actively dealing with aging,further improving population policy,promoting balanced population development,and increasing investment in education and training.
