Analysis Of Urban Resilience Measurement And Influencing Factors In Liaoning

In recent years,the economic decline of the whole northeast region is serious,and the irrational industrial structure of the city leads to the low efficiency of urban economic operation,the serious waste of resources and the frequent environmental problems.The study of urban resilience in Liaoning is conducive to adjusting the urban industrial structure,improving the utilization efficiency of resources and alleviating the environmental pollution of the city.It is of great practical significance for promoting the sustainable development of the cities in Liaoning and the revitalization of the whole northeast region.Taking 14 cities in Liaoning Province as an example,this paper introduces elasticity into urban system research,carries out urban elasticity research,defines the connotation and characteristics of urban elasticity,and constructs the evaluation index system and evaluation model of urban elasticity.The weights assigned by the entropy method,the calculation of Liaoning province city elasticity index by multi index comprehensive evaluation method and the weighted sum method,elastic city of Liaoning province and its spatial difference in the overall appraisal,analysis of influencing factors of city of Liaoning province were analyzed by using the grey elastic,then taking Dalian city as a typical example,for dynamic evolution analysis using 2004-2014 years data of 11 years.Finally,according to the current situation of Liaoning's urban resilience and the main influencing factors,the optimal control path of Liaoning's urban resilience is put forward.The results show that:(1)From the view of the city's overall flexibility,there is a big difference in urban elasticity between each city.Among them,Shenyang and Dalian are at a relatively high level of elasticity,reaching 0.713 and 0.821 respectively.Anshan is at a relatively low level of elasticity,and its value reaches 0.315.The rest cities are at low resilience level,and their values are below 0.300.The gap between urban resilience index is obvious between the individual cities,and the highest score is 4.25 times the lowest score.(2)From the urban sub system flexibility,there are certain differences between the 14 cities in Liaoning province.Among the 3 other cities except the urban ecological resilience,the elasticity of the subsystems is basically the same as the overall urban resilience,while the urban ecological elasticity is not consistent with the overall urban resilience.The city ecological elasticity index is the lowest in Liaoyang,Panjin is the highest;the two city engineering elasticity index of city economy and flexibility are higher for Dalian and Shenyang;the 3 city social high elasticity index were Shenyang,Dalian and Anshan,the elastic index is respectively 0.540,0.626 and 0.470.(3)The correlation degree between 30 influencing factors and urban elasticity is large,and their values are all above 0.75.It shows that every index factor has an important influence on the urban elasticity change,and also indicates that the selection of each index factor is more reasonable.The correlation value of 8 indicators below 0.85 of the index,elasticity and other indexes of city factor correlation value is above 0.85,the average household has city elasticity and the two indexes of the mobile phone number and the proportion of public expenditure on science and technology expenditure correlation value above 0.90.(4)Dalian city as a typical case,in the 2004-2014 years,Dalian City elastic degree of overall upward trend,the elastic index from 0.723 in 2004 rose to 0.252 in 2014,currently has a higher level of flexibility;city subsystem in city ecological elastic degree of inverted V type obviously,other city system flexibility are greatly improved.(5)Through the analysis of the urban resilience level and the influencing factors of Liaoning Province,first of all,the overall optimization and control of Liaoning Province,to narrow the gap between cities,to accelerate the process of integration,and then to encourage differential development in the light of local conditions.After that,the 4 aspects of Liaoning's urban ecology,urban engineering,urban economy and urban society were optimized.
