Research Of The Russian National Education Standards Of Master's Degree

In order to adapt to the transformation of the political economy and society,Russia has carried out a series of educational reforms and promoted the deepening of education.The Russian Federation government complies with the needs of the society and the market.In order to ensure the quality of higher vocational education,on the basis of the original experience in teaching and learning,it draws on relevant international advanced experience to formulate the "National Higher Education Standards"(1992-1994).Especially after joining the Bologna process in 2003,Russian higher education became more and more in line with international standards.In order to better adapt to the market economy and improve the quality of higher education and education,the second and third generations of Russian "Higher Education National Education Standards" have also been successively Introduced.In this study,the literature research method,historical analysis method and case analysis method were used to analyze the national education standards for master degrees in Russia,and detailed analysis and discussion were made based on the case of normal education.The introduction part mainly includes the issues raised,the purpose and significance of the research,concept definition,literature review,content of research,innovation and inadequacy.This part discusses the meaning,methods and research categories of the research in this paper and analyzes and explains it for later reading.Foundation.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this study,which provides a theoretical guarantee for the national master degree education standards in Russia.The third chapter mainly deals with the background and process of the development of national education standards for master degrees in Russia.The fourth chapter is the main part of this paper.This section is based on the case study of the Russian national master degree education national standard-teacher education training.This part has carried out a comprehensive and detailed study of the structure and content of the third-generation Russian master degree national education standards,as well as the characteristics of the master degree national education standards.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the implementation effect of Russia's master's graduate national education standards and the problems in the implementation process.Finally,through the analysis of the structure,content and characteristics of the Russian national master degrees' national education standard texts,it provides feasible suggestions for the establishment of a national master education standard for master degrees in China.China should,on the basis of fully taking into account the social and economic environment and legal norms,summarize and draw on Russia's experience in formulating,implementing,and modifying standards,and improve reasonable,relatively perfect educational standards that are suitable for the development of master degree education in China.
