| As a big agricultural country,the main body of education in our country is in the countryside,and the outline of National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Plan clearly puts forward to focus on the development of rural preschool education,which makes the rural preschool education receive more and more attention.In early childhood education,the effective cooperation between the homes is directly related to the quality of early childhood education,and whether children can develop healthily and harmoniously.This study mainly focuses on the action research method,supplemented by interview method,physical analysis method and other methods to study the lack of effectiveness of the new rural garden home cooperation.After a month of observation,the interview found that,because the cooperation of home in the new garden is just a formality and lack of consideration for parents’ needs,it leads to various forms of home cooperation but does not reach the goal of home cooperation.Therefore,this study is based on ERG theory.According to the needs of parents and the formal content of the formulation of the relevant strategies.The first step: parents’ understanding and cognition of home cooperation.In this stage of the study,parents mainly use parent meetings to teach parents about home cooperation and the correct understanding of preschool education knowledge.According to the feedback from the parents in the first stage,to formulate the second stage strategy.The second step: the exploration and communication of parents’ home cooperation.Using parent-child activities,by involving parents in the design of the activities,organizing,According to the effect of the first two activities,parents think that as long as they actively cooperate with teachers’ work is home cooperation.Based on this question The third stage strategy was also formulated.The three step: the adaptation and cooperation of parents to home cooperation.At this stage,aiming at the wrong understanding of parents’ cooperation on home,some lectures have been held in order to help parents understand home cooperation correctly.Secondly,By organizing New Year’s Day’s own party,parents’ understanding of home cooperation and changes are evaluated.After the end of this research and implementation,according to interviews with parents and teachers,this strategy has played a certain role in promoting the effective cooperation of the homeland.It has obvious feasibility and reference value to the cooperation teachers and other teachers in guiding home cooperation. |
