With the rapid development of our society,spiritual and cultural needs have been greatly enhanced.Under such circumstances,the development of primary and secondary school chorus in our country is booming.Primary and secondary school chorus plays an irreplaceable advantage in primary and secondary school music education,and has been highly concerned by more and more social people and relevant education experts.The ministry of education has repeatedly stressed the importance and necessity of developing chorus in primary and secondary schools based on the published documents for music education of primary and secondary schools.Primary and secondary schools of the whole country have also responded to the call of the education sector and actively established choirs and vigorously participated in the activities related to chorus.With the efforts of many chorus experts and excellent teachers,the chorus of primary and secondary schools in our province is also growing prosperously.More and more excellent choirs go abroad and emerge on the chorus stage of the world,increasing brilliance for the chorus career in our province.However,the development of primary and secondary school chorus has been struggling in remote areas where the economy and culture lag behind and the traffic is blocked in our province.Here,many primary and secondary schools do not have decent music classrooms and musical instruments.Teachers cannot provide professional and scientific musical training.Children' s hard work for studying is the only way of being free from backwardness and poverty.Music education has been severely marginalized here,which has a serious impact on the comprehensive abilities of primary and secondary students,and affects the development of primary and secondary school chorus in our province.Therefore,paying great attention to the problems and taking necessary measures to improve the status quo should be treated as one of the key tasks of education development.In order to truly and comprehensively be aware of the current situation of the development of chorus in primary and secondary schools in remote counties of Hunan Province,and effectively raise the level of development of primary and secondary school chorus,the author comprehensively studies and summarizes the current situation of chorus in primary and secondary schools in poverty-stricken counties of our province through consulting a large amount of literature,and takes Anren County,Chenzhou City,Hunan Province as an example.This essay conducts a questionnaire survey and interviews on the current development of primary and secondary chorus in Anren County,as well as field research and so on.This essay takes primary and secondary school chorus in Anren County as a positive case,and summarizes the development experience to make some personal recommendations for the development of primary and secondary chorus of other remote counties in our province.It is also hoped that this essay will provide some inspiration and references for the development of primary and secondary chorus in poverty-stricken areas in our province.
