Since the reform and opening up,China’s teacher training work has entered a period of great development.Primary and secondary school teacher training has formed a five-level training network for provinces,prefectures,counties,townships,and schools.The teaching and research group plays an important role in promoting the professional development of teachers as the main field of teaching research for primary and secondary school teachers in China.However,with the development of education,the teaching and research group has been unable to fully meet the needs of professional development of teachers,and its problems have become increasingly prominent.In order to explore the impact of the operation of high school language teaching and research group on the professional development of teachers and the problems existing during the operation,this article adopted the literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.First of all,by reading relevant documents,the author confirmed the research ideas and methods of this article,and clarified that the operation of the Chinese language teaching and research group of senior high school requires the organic combination of internal factors and external factors in order to effectively perform its function of promoting the professional development of high school language teachers,thus depicting high schools.The Chinese teaching and research group should be in the state.The effective development of teacher professionalism is actually the improvement of the professional development structure of teachers.The professional development structure of teachers consists of four aspects: professional philosophy,professional knowledge,professional competence,professional attitude and motivation.Second,the author used a questionnaire survey to explore the impact of the operation of senior Chinese language teaching and research groups on teacher professional development.Through a questionnaire survey of high school teachers in K city,the author finds that the operation of the high school language teaching and research group has a positive impact on the professional development of teachers,mainly in terms of professional knowledge.Teachers participate in the activities of the Chinese language teaching and research group in senior high schools,making their own professional knowledge extremely effective.Great enrichment;however,by participating in teaching and research group activities,the professional philosophy of high school language teachers has not been updated in a timely manner,professional skills are still lacking,professional attitudes are not good enough,and the motivation is not firm enough.Therefore,judging from the actual situation,under the operation of the high school language teaching and research group,the professional structure of high school language teachers has not been balanced.Third,based on the actual situation reflected in the questionnaire survey,the author observed the actual operation of the Chinese language teaching and research group of senior high school through case studies,and interviewed some high school Chinese teachers in the middle school of the case study school,and conducted the actual operation of the high school language teaching and research group.Inspect and look for the reasons why the teaching and research group cannot balance the professional development structure of teachers.Fourth,according to the author’s relevant literature research and case studies on the operation of the Senior Chinese Language Teaching and Research Group,the author proposes corresponding improvement measures for the operation of the Senior Chinese Language Teaching and Research Group.Finally,the main conclusions of this study are summarized.
