Constant speed linear motion is the most basic type of motion in variable speed motion and is the basis for the entire kinematics and mechanics.The study of uniform linear motion includes the relationship among the three physical quantities:speed,time,and displacement.The research on uniform linear motion is arranged in the second chapter of the physics textbook in the first semester of the senior year.This period is when students have just graduated from junior high school into high school soon,and the content of the teaching materials has a higher requirement for abstract thinking ability,these has caused many students to experience learning difficulties here.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the concrete learning difficulties of students and analyze the causes of learning difficulties,put forward strategies for teaching improvement,help students to learn easily,and increase the interest and confidence in learning physics.This study mainly did the following work:First,on the basis of the actual learning and observation of high school students,interviews with students and teachers,and the review of literature,the problems of students’ learning difficulties in the learning of uniform linear movements are clearly defined.Second,an Analysis of the Causes of Uniformly Variable Linear Motion Difficulty in Three Dimensions:Teachers,Students,and Textbooks.Specifically:according to the teaching and learning theory,analyze the teacher’s teaching methods and teachers’ understanding of teaching materials and teaching objectives;Based on the students’cognitive ability and thinking ability that are raised at the beginning,analyze the problem of learning difficulties in straight-line movement with uniform speed;Combined with the middle school students physics curriculum standards and early Raise student characteristics to analyze the teaching materials.Third,based on the analysis of the causes of learning difficulties,the following three teaching strategies are proposed based on the recent development zone theories and constructivist theories combined with the characteristics of the students at the current stage:fully excavating the function of the experiment in teaching;paying attention to the geometrical intuitive teaching;and paying attention to the development of students.Apply the above strategies to teaching practice,and pass the examination results to test the practical results.The test results show that students at all levels have improved;students’ interest in physics learning has improved significantly;and students’ methods and attitudes in learning physics have also improved significantly.
