Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has comprehensively and thoroughly promoted the rule of law,promoted administration according to law,governed the country according to law,and accelerated the construction of a government under the rule of law.In the process of sports administration,the degree of standardization of sports administrative power has a profound impact on the efficiency and quality of sports administration in China.Through the methods of literature,statistical analysis and case analysis,this paper makes an in-depth study and Analysis on the existing problems in the standardization of sports administrative power in China and puts forward solutions for solving the problems on the basis of the theory of rule of law,governance and good governance,due process,and the consistency of power and responsibility.The standardization of sports administrative power in China provides theoretical and practical guidance and path selection.Through the analysis of the actual cases and the excavation of its deep reasons,it is found that the non-standard phenomena of power occur in the course of the administration of sports.It is manifested in the imperfect laws and regulations,the insufficiency of the standard of the power and responsibility list system,the offside of the power force,the dislocation,the absence and the administration of the administrative power in the operation of sports administration.As a matter of fact,it hinders the standardization of sports administrative power.The deep reason lies in the reason that our country's sports administrative power is not clear,the setting is unreasonable,the power of the government sports administrative department is highly concentrated,and the non-governmental sports public organizations,represented by the institutions and the National Sports Association,are lack of independence,and their own development is not perfect.This paper will focus on the standardization of sports administrative power from the legal level and the executive level.In the legal level,the sports law and regulation system and the administrative power supervision and regulation system are fully perfected,the sports administrative power is set up reasonably,and the boundary of the sports administrative power is clearly defined.At the executive level,we will continue to promote the administration by law,standardize the administrative law enforcement work of sports,promote the reform of the non-governmental sports public organizations,innovate the management mode,strengthen the supervision of power and many kinds of supervision channels,ensure the legitimacy and public openness of the power subjects to exercise power,and make the power under the sunshine.In the end,the administrative power of sports is standardized.
