In 2015,the "Sizhengshou" was set as the basic form of the Taijiquan game, which was introduced by the Chinese Wushu Association in the new version of the Taijiquan push hand. The player's attack or defense should be carried out in the state of Sizhengshou. Therefore, how to master the right Sizhengshou movements and achieve excellent results in actual combat has become a key issue. The research of Taijiquan four hand forehand motion is imminent. In order to objectively and scientific analysis and Research on the "Sizhengshou" action, the application of sports biomechanics in kinematics knowledge of "Sizhengshou" movement trajectory, the change of gravity by quantitative analysis,in order to provide some scientific basis for athletes and coaches. This research uses the infrared camera to capture 8 high-speed motion system(Motion Analysis Raptor-4,the United States,200Hz)group of 4 outstanding Beijing Sport University Taijiquan push hand team and 4 Beijing Sport University martial arts college Taijiquan elective course of ordinary group composed of students conducted a "kinematic analysis of Sizhengshou movements. The article divides the "Sizhengshou" into four stages, and selects the center of gravity displacement and the angle of the body joint as the contrast index. The results are as follows: 1,In the process of four forehand movements, the body center of gravity of the tester is "s" in the direction of the front, the upper and the lower and the left and right, and the center of gravity of the excellent group is greater than that of the ordinary group.2,Pengjin stage, the elite group increased at the same time in order to maintain the stability of the body through the left and right shoulder joint angle. There was an extremely significant difference in the left shoulder joint.(0.0098 < 0.01).3,In the stage of Jijin, the angle of the right shoulder and elbow joint of the excellent group is greater than that of the common group, and there is a significant difference.(0.023 < 0.05;0.045<0.05),the right arm external support range of the elite athletes at this stage is larger.4,during the Lvjin stage, there were differences between the two groups in the adduction and abduction direction of the right hip(0.045 < 0.05),and the flexibility of the superior group was better than that of the ordinary group.5,in the stage of Anjin, the excellent group is the balance of the arms, the ordinary group is on the right arm alone. The flexion degree of the knee joint in the excellent group was greater than that of the normal group, and there was a significant difference(0.023 < 0 = 05;0.048 < 0.05).Through the summary of the research results,we draw the following conclusions: 1.From the Sizhengshou movement of Taijiquan pushing hands, whether the center of gravity and the running track of the upper and lower limbs are always rolling into the waves, this is consistent with the guiding ideology of "Yin Yang swap" of Taijiquan.2,compared with the normal group, the athletes in the elite group finished the Sizhengshou movement, and maintained their stability through the upper limb's complementarity and the lower extremity joint's flexibility.3,in the process of completing Sizhengshou movements, the center of gravity of the elite group is larger than that of the ordinary group, and the shoulder joints, the hip joints and the knee joints are related to the range of motion in different directions. This is also associated with their proficiency in technical movements and their mastery.
