Pre competition training is a special training that enables athletes to play a good competitive level in competitions.A three-dimensional pre competition training can adjust the athlete's state of competition to the best.Based on the real pre competition training cases in China,this paper discusses the complete pre competition training plan for the excellent men's sprinter,Xie Zhenye,in preparing for the thirteen National Games.In this paper,case analysis,literature basis,expert interview,mathematical statistics and field observation are used to study the whole pre competition training of Xie Zhen,and to summarize the successful success of Xie Zhenye's excellent sprinter before the thirteen National Games because of reasonable pre competition training.For example,we should further improve the scientific and reasonable theory system of men's 200 meter pre competition training,and play an important practical guiding role in the field of sprint training before the race.The following conclusions are drawn through the study:(1)Xie Zhenye's body shape index is expressed in the "Ktole index".The index is relatively medium in the 200 meter elite athletes.Because of the more prominent technical characteristics,especially in the "hip delivery" and the back distance sprint technique,there are obvious advantages in the domestic excellent athletes,and the ability to cooperate with the absolute speed is stronger,so the 200 meters have been the result.It's the top level in the country.In recent years,Xie Zhen has been on the rise in its special performance,breaking through its best results every year,especially in 2017.(2)The training cycle of Xie Zhen in 2017 is divided into three cycles and multi cycle training mode,which is mainly divided into three major competitions and the stage characteristics of Xie Zhen's competitive state.As the pre competition training is in the third cycle of the annual training,the third cycle of the annual training is divided into 3 small cycles before the game,which are pre competition preparation,pre competition strengthening period and competition period,and the training safety schedule for the 5 weeks before the competition is formulated.Xie Zhenye has appeared two times in the best competitive state of the year,and has achieved the best results in the National Games.(3)The main contents of Xie Zhenye's pre competition training for the thirteen National Games include physical fitness training,technical training,tactical and psychological training.The training plan content of each week before the game is different,and the training content of each stage before the game is different from the annual training content,and the training methods will be adjusted according to the actual situation in each stage.(4)During the pre competition training stages of Xie Zhenye's National Games,the training program load is basically the same,and the individual is properly adjusted by the condition of the body,but the requirement of the load is different at each stage.In general,it is a process from the large load to the heavy load.(5)After the games,it has fully achieved the goals set before the pre game training and has a breakthrough.The speed quality of the running stage is improved,the ability to maintain the speed is greatly improved,the rhythm of the way is more relaxed,and the psychological confidence of the race is more confident.In 2017,the National Games achieved the highest score of 200 meters and broke its own national record.
