In this special township of Yanbian,Jilin Province,there are 9 nine years of school in Wangqing County only by 2014,and 1/4 of the compulsory education school.The nine year consistent school has a large scale,the students’ age gap is large,and the habits of the staff are not the same.Therefore,the moral education management is more complex and the relative difficulty is also increasing.How to do a good job of moral education in the nine year consistent school is an urgent matter for how to reform and strengthen the management of moral education in schools,strengthen the overall coordination of moral education management in primary and secondary schools,and make the division of moral education more systematic and scientific in various departments,so that it can give full play to the subjective initiative of moral education under the new historical conditions.It is the primary task of moral education management in nine years of consistent schools.This paper,taking the nine year XX school in Wangqing County as the research object,uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and other research methods,through the investigation of the seven aspects of the school moral education goal,moral education content,moral education environment,moral education method,moral education system,moral education approach and moral evaluation.The analysis and research are carried out to draw the following conclusions:(1)the overall level of moral education management in the nine year system in rural areas is generally in the general level;(2)the lack of maneuverability and no stratification in the management of moral education objectives;(3)the lack of consistency and continuity of moral education content management is not good;(4)the ways and methods of Moral Education(4)The management of the primary school department is better,the middle school department is a little poor(5)the moral education system management is fair,scientific and systematic need to be promoted(6)to build a beautiful campus environment and create a good atmosphere of Moral Education(7)moral education evaluation management is not fair and light incentive.This study puts forward the following suggestions and Countermeasures for the nine year school moral education management in rural areas:first,to improve the awareness of moral education and gradually improve the comprehensive quality;second,to use the development of moral education concept,to refine the management of moral education objectives;third,clear advantages,and connect the content in a coherent way;fourth,broaden the ways of moral education and to broaden the ways of moral education and to broaden the ways of moral education and to broaden the ways of moral education and to broaden the ways of moral education and to broaden the ways of moral education and to broaden the ways of moral education and to broaden the way of moral education and to broaden the way of moral education and to broaden the way of moral education and to broaden the way of moral education and to broaden the way and to broaden the moral education.Methods to strengthen the timeliness of moral education management in many ways;fifth,improve the system,standardize the management of moral education;sixth,continue to give full play to the advantages,strengthen the characteristics,increase the investment of funds;seventh,scientific and diversified management of moral evaluation.
