Research On The Optimization Of Government Statistical Workflow Based On Big Data

In recent two years,with the development of big data technology and its revolutionary innovation in all walks of life,public management has also launched a boom in the use of big data to transform and optimize the government workflow.As a statistical agency for the government to collect and publish data professionally,it is the first problem to be solved without the elimination of this wave of data.From the perspective of public management,based on the theory of organizational change and government reengineering,this paper studies how to further optimize the work process of government statistics by using big data.By studying the development of modern Chinese statistical workflow,the development of data collection tools in statistical process,the change and development of data transmission mode,we analyze the pros and cons of the existing statistical process,and identify the working processes that need to be optimized.In the optimization of government statistics distance using big data topic needs,further analysis and challenge of existing statistical data flow impact,to clear the existing process optimization necessity from the specific analysis of the existing statistical concepts and authoritative statistics system,statistics,quality of service are three major direction of impact and challenge,and according to the statistics of the current working flow: statistical design,statistical investigation,statistics and statistical analysis to determine the specific work process optimization: gradually unify data caliber and establish exchange platform for big data,design is statistical object database update system.According to these works,we rearrange the optimized workflow: statistical design,statistical investigation,statistical analysis tools development,statistical data analysis and mining,and the opening of statistical data information.Then,according to the identified optimization process,we analyze the problems that may be encountered in the optimization process and the members that may affect it.How does a unified big data platform ensure data security? How to solve the problem of shortage of data talents? How to solve the problem of data island further? Furthermore,the reasons for the formation of these problems are analyzed,and the methods and suggestions to coordinate and solve the problems are put forward,and the optimization schemes and models are gradually carried out.For the implementation of the optimization plan and mode,we have worked out feasible supervision and adjustment plan,so as to optimize the continuous implementation and further development of the plan.
