With the development of our country’s economic and the increasing demand of knowledge-based talent,there are so many people taking part in the postgraduate entrance examination.As a new company in the training industry,Changsha Shangxue does not have a clear and comprehensive development strategy since its inception.At present,the competition of educational institutions is increasing,therefore,whether Changsha shangxue’s development strategy can be determined and improved as soon as possible,determine whether it can take the chance in the fierce competition,or even survival.This article provides ideas for the strategic choice of development.Based on the literature research,data analysis,model analysis and other methods,this paper makes a detailed analysis and research on the business strategy of Changsha Shangxue.Firstly,this paper analyzes the internal strategic environment of Changsha Shangxue from two aspects,company profile and internal competitiveness.Secondly,the paper uses macroeconomic analysis(Pest analysis)and the wave model to study the external strategic environment of Changsha Shangxue.Finally,the thesis analyzed the overall strategic environment by SWOT analysis and policy guidance matrix.According to the analysis results,the thesis puts forward the low-cost strategy,learning-based teacher strategy,steward-style teaching team strategy,product differentiation strategy,market expansion strategy,information strategy.The paper puts forward the measures to guarantee the implementation of the stra tegy.Measures include five aspects: to strengthen corporate culture,standardize the management system,create a fair and good atmosphere,strengthen staff training,improv e staff incentives.Finally,the paper predicts the effect of strategy.According to the analysis of this paper,Changsha Shangxue can learn how to make a strategy choice or improvement.Moreover,the paper also provides some useful ideas for other companies in the same industry.The results also provide some guidance for the development of other private educational institutions. |
