The kindergarten stage is an important stage of students education,and it has a strong foundation for students’ sports behavior,habits,understanding,etc.In many school sports programs,the development of gymnastics is not optimistic.Danger,difficulty,and boring are all examples.Gymnastics are synonymous with the fact that in most schools,to prevent the occurrence of danger,some school leaders and even physical education teachers strictly prohibit students from engaging in gymnastics and require students to stay away from gymnastics equipment.At present,gymnastics classes are rarely set up,there are fewer activities after class,and schools The development of gymnastics is worrying.It is closely related to the students’ gymnastic learning in the kindergarten stage.There is an urgent need to develop new gymnastics development models in kindergartens.Happy Gymnastics is an innovative project that evolved from the characteristics of gymnastic technical movements,gymnastic elements and practice concepts.At the same time rich in rich music,dance body and other elements,happy gymnastics equipment designed specifically with vivid colors.It emphasizes safety,entertainment and diversity of exercise.Happy gymnastics entering the campus not only enriches the content of gymnastics teaching,innovates teaching concepts,activates classroom atmosphere and changes the way of gymnastics learning,improves the safety and enthusiasm of exercises,but also improves people’s misunderstanding of gymnastics and promotes the development of national fitness.This will create a good cultural environment for the development of school gymnastics.This research promotes the use of Happy Gymnastics in the kindergarten of Henan Province.It uses the literature method to review the literature related to gymnastics,basic gymnastics for young children and happy gymnastics,and uses the expert interview method of survey methods to understand the experts’ views on the development of happy gymnastics.Insights and field surveys were used to obtain first-hand information on the promotion of happy gymnastics and teaching development.Questionnaire surveys were conducted on teachers of first-line kindergartens in Henan Province’s Happy Gymnastic Pilots,and then experience and problems accumulated during the promotion and teaching of happy gymnastics were obtained.At the same time,the statistical analysis is used to analyze the collected data,and the paper is written and organized in a logical way.The results are as follows:(1)In terms of kindergarten teachers,the kindergarten teachers of Henan Gymnastics Pilot Gymnasium are mainly female teachers;the age structure tends to be young,but there is a lack of highly educated professional teachers,and the structure of teacher education needs to be improved.(2)The preschool teachers’ understanding of happy gymnastics is uneven and their level of cognition needs to be improved.There is a positive correlation between kindergarten teachers’ understanding of happy gymnastics and support for kindergarten gymnastics.Both have nothing to do with the level of education.(3)Some pilot kindergarten teachers think that their teaching ability is insufficient;most of the pilot kindergarten teachers have a positive attitude towards performing happy gymnastics training,and they are also actively participating in training.(4)There are more choices in gymnastics teaching methods;based on the actual situation of the school,combined with the self-education textbooks of the happy gymnastics textbooks,the authoritative departments still need to equip the happy gymnastics textbooks;the teaching content is mainly based on the school teaching goals and children’s interest The basis;happy gymnastics content is very comprehensive,but the proportion is not balanced,basic exercises,balance wood and flexibility exercises are the main exercises carried out.(5)In terms of hardware facilities,gymnastics equipment is incomplete and in short supply.More than half of pilot kindergarten teachers believe that the current equipment cannot meet the teaching requirements.(6)In terms of competition exchanges,pilot kindergartens participated in most competitions and lacked demonstrations and exchanges between kindergartens.The pilot kindergartens should actively participate in happy gymnastics competitions at all levels and conduct multi-level,multi-faceted,multi-regional happy gymnastics development and teaching exchanges.(7)In terms of the effectiveness of the promotion of happy gymnastics,there is a positive correlation between the enthusiasm of the class and the compliance rate of the physical fitness.It also shows that the promotion of the happy gymnastics enhances the enthusiasm of the students and also enhances the students’ physique.Promotion measures:(1)Through happy gymnastics lectures,performance demonstrations,and organizing various happy gymnastics activities,people can fully understand the happy gymnastics and create new gymnastics development models.(2)Through various channels and ways to promote the promotion of happy gymnastics projects,and strive to create a gymnastic exercise atmosphere.Again,the relevant government departments will implement corresponding policy support and formulate policies for the priority development of the Happy Gymnastic Pilot School.(3)When the funds for the pilot schools are in difficulty,the funds can be used for open-source funds through government funding,kindergarten self-raising,and corporate sponsorship,and the funds can be saved through optimizing the use of funds and rationally allocating resources.(4)With regard to the problem of teachers,on the one hand,they actively participate in teacher training.On the other hand,they seek to cooperate with the club and hire coaches to teach in schools.They can also use various forms of teaching exchanges to achieve the goal of improving teaching standards.(5)Kindergartens should communicate more with parents,family education and kindergarten education.(6)In the process of promoting happy gymnastics,we will endeavor to create school-based curriculum with its own characteristics,and at the same time rely on constant bold innovations to constantly enrich the content of happy gymnastics.(7)Hold a variety of happy gymnastics competitions to enhance the charm of a happy gymnastic exercise,attract more people to exercise,improve the visibility of happy gymnastics,and accelerate the promotion of a happy gymnastics.
