Young people are the flowers of the future of the motherland and the successors of the socialist cause. As an important stage in the physical and mental development of young people, high school is also an important stage in the development of a mature world outlook, outlook on life, and values.Outward Bound is an activity that is deeply loved by teenagers and can promote the physical and mental development of young people. This article explores the effects of Outward Bound on high school boys, and explores the impact of Outward Bound on high school boys' anxieties, and seeks effective measures and measures to promote students' physical and mental development and reduce the anxiety level of high school students. At the same time,it provides reference and reference for the Outward Bound in primary and secondary schools,so as to promote the popularization of this activity in primary and secondary schools. On the basis of consulting a large amount of literature, this article takes the influence of Outward Bound on the anxiety of high school boys as the research object, and takes the first grade male students in the practice school as the survey object, the research methods of literature, scale, mathematics statistics, and experimental methods were mainly used to explore the influence of Outward Bound on the anxiety of senior male students. One class in the experimental group and one class in the control group, the experimental group carried out 8 weeks of extended Outward Bound activities, while the control group did not participate in any activities related to Outward Bound during the experiment period. In the course of the experiment, the “anxiety self-assessment scale”(SAS)compiled by the Chinese-American professor Zung and the “trait anxiety Inventory”(T-AI)prepared by Spielberg were used. Two separate questionnaires were issued in September 2017 and November 2017 before and after the training. The time interval was 2 months. After statistical analysis,it was found that the SAS anxiety level of senior male students was higher before the experiment, and there was no significant difference in the SAS score between the experimental group and the control group. After the experiment, the SAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference. Before and after the experiment, the T-AI scores of the experimental group and the control group did not change much, and the results of the two groups of independent samples T test showed no significant difference before and after the experiment;however, the intra-group comparison of the experimental group before and after the experiment was extremely significant.change.The experimental group and the control group SAS scores in the set of data for statistical analysis, the non-student anxiety and anxiety before and after the experiment SAS students score less, and there is no significant difference in the control group;while the experimental group had no anxiety of students and The SAS scores of the anxious students after the experiment were significantly lower than the SAS scores before the experiment, with significant differences. Moreover, after the experiment, the decrease in SAS scores of the anxious students in the experimental group was significantly greater than that of the anxious students in the experimental group. From the above research results, the following conclusions are drawn:1.Outward Bound has a positive effect on the anxiety of senior male students;2.The effect of Outward Bound on trait anxiety is limited;3.Outward Bound intervention on SAS anxiety is better than T-AI anxiety;4.Outward Bound is more effective for anxious students than for anxious students.
