CPIK is a project that aims to meet the needs of Korean students in learning Chinese. Each year,a large number of Chinese foreign Chinese professionals are sent to South Korea through the National Han Office to serve Chinese classes in primary and secondary schools in various regions of Korea. As a member of the project in 2017,the author took the Korean CPIK Chinese teacher volunteer as the research object during his teaching period and tried to discuss the problems faced by the Chinese teacher volunteers teaching in Korea as the CPIK project gradually developed. What aspects are involved and how to deal with them. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction.Through the questionnaire survey, typical case analysis and effective interview methods, the focus is on the analysis of the results of the questionnaire. The questionnaire is divided into four parts: personal information, psychological status, sociocultural adaptation status, and social support.Through the comparative analysis of the four aspects of this part, the factors that have the greatest influence on the mental state of volunteers and the relationship between these factors are found. The remaining three parts are divided into three chapters. The first chapter is a statistical analysis of the questionnaire results.According to the questionnaire statistics,it is found that the sociocultural adaptation of teacher volunteers in Hanhanyu is not good.It is mainly manifested in language learning, friendship, participation in Korean social life, rest and recuperation, values and expectations. However, psychological and social support are generally good, and the difficulty of sociocultural adaptation is positively related to the degree of social support. The second chapter is the case analysis, through four typical case analysis to support the above inference. The third chapter is the suggestions and conclusions. In order to make teachers 'volunteers better adapt to the social culture of the host country and to spread Chinese and Chinese culture in a better position, the author puts forward specific suggestions for individual volunteers, the Chinese National Office and the Korean management. The conclusion is drawn that psychological problems are no longer the major problems that trouble volunteers. The social and cultural adaptation of volunteers and the social support they receive affect their psychological status.Social support has a greater psychological impact on volunteers than social and cultural adaptation.
