| Wushu is an ancient and unique sport in our country,it has special meaning in our country.It has multiple functions such as strong self-defence,self improve,pleasure and relax.Wushu seems to be an Oriental pearl,whose beauty has composed the beautiful movement of Chinese civilization.Its unique beauty is shining brightly among many treasures of the world.With the development of reform,opening up and economic and cultural integration of the world,the mixture of world's cultural collision and the trend of fusion,are constantly stimulate the vision of the female college students,female students' aesthetic change.The fashion trend has always stimulated female college students who have rudimentary sense of worth.With the varies process rapidly changing,the fashionable elements of western sports gradually occupy the Chinese sports market,which attract more and more female college students to involve in this,while Chinese traditional martial arts are gradually disliked by female college students.This passage uses the method of mathematical statistics,literature review,comparative analysis,logical analysis,the statistics of female college students who participate in wushu and other fitness programs analyse and compare martial arts with other fitness programs' effects of female college students body shape,so as to analyze how does the aesthetic expectation effect on female college students restrict influence of engaging in the martial arts,providing the theory and practice basis for the female college students to participate in martial arts.The main content of this paper is divided into four parts.In the first part,aesthetic expectation is the appearance of social expectation,which mainly analyzes the aesthetic expectation which under the expectation of society and the aesthetic prejudice against female college students.The second part is to investigate female college students who participate in sports in Lanzhou city,the proportion of female students participating in martial arts is very low.The third part is the comparison between martial arts and other body-building projects in the way of shaping beauty.It is said that the plastic beauty method and effect of martial arts are not in accordance with the aesthetic expectations of female college students nowadays.The fourth part is the influence of today's aesthetic expectation on the beauty of martial arts.Finally,it is concluded that in social intercourse,female college students are very sensitive to the opinions of the opposite sex,influenced by aesthetic expectations,they pay more attention to the social interaction and sports also with body shape.The requirement offemale college students in the society emphasis on external beauty.In order to shape the perfect body,female college students choose to participate in gymnastic,yoga,sports dance and other sports.There is still a gap between the martial arts and the aesthetic expectation of today,and its effect on the body shape is poor.Therefore,I believe that the aesthetic expectation of the society to female college students should not pay too much attention to their external beauty,but pay more attention to their internal cultivation.Martial arts should not only stay in traditional technology,but should keep pace with the times,absorb elements of fashion trend and create martial arts skills suitable for female college students,so as to promote the great development and prosperity of Wushu. |
