Study On The Impact Of School Culture On School Bullying

School,which is synonymous with knowledge,youth and energy should be the paradise to students.But now,school bullying occurs more and more frequently and spreads quickly online.It has drawn wide concern of the community.School Bullying that is a common phenomenon has been long-existing in the world.It has seriously affected students' physical and mental health,threatened school security and posed a severe challenge to school's moral education.So many countries have been paying close attention to it and doing intensive research in the field.This study has analyzed school bullying from the perspective of school culture.At the first,the study conducted a preliminary questionnaire survey on the status of school bullying in X middle school in Sichuan Province.And then,researcher has done some long-term observations and interviews.It has found out some cases of school bullying and how school culture affected school bullying.The study has illustrated the impact which school culture has acted on school bullying from three three aspects: student culture,teacher culture,and management culture.The study has found that when students deal with the relationship of peer groups,isolating,the most common type of school bullying has occurred.Nowadays,overemphasizing the competition between students has formed the "bad" competition Culture,which has cultivated more and more indifferent men to derive more school bullying.As the door of the students' emotions is gradually closed,school bullying has arose in the fitting process between students and school.There are also some problems in the teacher culture such as violence,the cynicism and the discrimination.On the one hand,violent and indifferent teacher has set an bad example to students.On the other hand,the harmony and unity among students have been ruined by differential treatment from their teachers.It is another reason for school bullying.Closed management of school,which leads to unhealthy physic and mental of students is easy to produce the psychological problems.And moral education cannot meet inquiries of students because of the formalization of the school's work.Students are greatly depressed in study while they fail to get the moral education and relaxation.So leads the school bullying.At the end of the study,in order to reshape school culture and control school bullying,the author has put forward some conductive suggestions.It sincerely hopes that those suggestions are helpful to build harmonious schools and minimize the probability of school bullying.
