Along with the construction that takes place duringurbanization,some schools that used to be inexperienced and low in terms of teaching quality have now become developing ones,thanks to the investment from the authority and their own reform.Now clearly different from poorly-runned ones and the top ones,these schools have mushroomed,creating a new phenomenon.Reseach on this type of schools can provide some guidance to how our school can be managed,and provide reference we can use to develop ours.What's more,such research is also valuable for government departments to formulate policies.This paper takes Z primary school as the subject of research,adopts case study method,observes and analyzes it over a period of approximately five years.This paper summarizes the experience of management reform,finds out the problems in management,and puts forward specific countermeasures.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly illustrates the origin of the research,the significance and the design of the research,the literature review and the definition of the concept.The second chapter combs the history of the management of the case school,and states the process of its establishment,development,stagnation,recovery and decay according to the stage.The third chapter describes the reform and the status quo of Z primary school in recent five years.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems that appear after the reform of Z primary school,and analyzes the reasons.The fifth chapter proposes solutions to these specific problems mentioned above.
