High school students are in the stage of career exploration,which is also an important stage in the development of career socialization.The career education of high school is attracting more and more attention,and more and more researchers are paying attention to the development of career socialization of high school students.Career socialization refers to the socialization process in which the individuals gain professional knowledge and skills by learning and experience,form the preliminary tendency of vocational and professional ability,become conscious as a subject,innovative,certain of their career directions,and able to be a qualified professional fit for their jobs.Career socialization usually involves career competence,career knowledge and skills,career direction,and career attitude.Family factor is an important factor in the career socialization of individuals,among which dynamic and static family factors play a role in the form of career involvement.Career family involvement means that parents have an effect on the students' career experience,the formation of career cognition,career choice and career values by explicit and implicit approach,in career emotion,behavior,attitude,education and values.The core of the research is just how the process of effect takes place.Therefore,first of all,from the perspective of meta-analysis,I sorted out the family factors affecting career socialization,and then outlined a questionnaire model of Chinese-Korean career family involvement,compiled the "Chinese-Korean career family involvement scale" and revised the "Chinese-Korean high school students career socialization questionnaire".Secondly,to explore the present situation of the career family involvement and career socialization development in the Chinese-Korean high school students,and the influence of career family involvement in the career socialization,377 Chinese-Korean high school students were surveyed.The results of this study are as follows:(1)The self-compiled Chinese-Korean career family involvement scale contains five dimensions--behavior involvement,education involvement,attitude involvement,emotional involvement,and value involvement.The internal consistency coefficient of the total questionnaire is 0.94,and the Cronbach's coefficient of each dimension is between 0.61 and 0.87,and the semi-reliability is between 0.61 and 0.87.The test results of its structural validity are as follows:x2/df=2.95,NFI = 0.90,IFI=0.94,TLI = 0.95,CFI = 0.96,RMSEA = 0.07;The criterion validity is between 0.55 and 0.75.The validity of the questionnaire is good.(2)The Chinese-Korean high school students career family involvement is located in a medium level;the mean value of the Chinese-Korean high school students career family involvement is between 2.77?3.70.The development of the Chinese-Korean high school students of career socialization is not balanced,and the average is between 2.06?3.39.(3)Family background factors have different effects on career socialization,and mainly reflect in:father's degree has significant difference in the total score of the career socialization,carreer ability and career direction;Mother's degree has significant difference in the total score of the career socialization,career ability,professional knowledge and skills,and career direction.There are significant differences in the total score of the career socialization,career ability,career direction,career knowledge and skills between the professional parents and non-professionals.The fathers and mothers' occupations,public employment or self-employed household,both have significant differences in the total score of the Chinese-Korean high school students' career socialization,career ability,career direction;The family income has significant difference in the total score of career socialization,career knowledge and skills,career direction and career attitude.There are significant differences in the accompanied learning of parents in the total score of the career socialization,career ability,professional knowledge and skills of the career socialization.(4)There is no significant correlation between career attitude dimension and family involvement,behavioral involvement,attitude involvement,and emotional involvement in occupational socialization.There is significant positive correlation between the total score of career family involvement of Chinese-Korean high school students and its dimensions(behavioral involvement,educational involvement,emotional involvement,attitude involvement,value involvement)and the total score and dimensions of career socialization(career ability,career knowledge and skills,career direction,career attitude.)The correlation coefficient distributes in 0.13?0.43;the average effect of statistical force test Cohen's d is 0.67,which indicates that there is a highly correlation between them.(5)Stepwise regression analysis found that emotional involvement,attitude involvement and behavior involvement had predictive effect on the total score of career socialization of Chinese-Korean high school students,and the variance interpretation rate is 19%.Attitude involvement and emotional involvement have a predictive effect on career ability.Variance interpretation is 19%.Emotional involvement and behavioral involvement have a predictive effect on the two dimensions of career knowledge,skills and career direction,with a variation of 15%and 17%respectively.Value involvement,emotional involvement and education involvement have a significant impact on career attitudes,accounting for 8%.(6)Logistic regression analysis found that the factors influencing the career socialization of Chinese-Korean high school students are grade,gender,parent degree,relationship with parent,and career family involvement.The above results show that family background is an important factor influencing the career socialization.Secondly,career family involvement perception is the psychological structure of Chinese-Korean high school students' internalization,which is also an important factor influencing the career socialization of Chinese-Korean high school students.Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the career socialization of Chinese-Korean high school students from the perspectives of students themselves,parents and schools.That is,Chinese-Korean high school students should learn to seek ways and means to develop their own career socialization,and strengthen their awareness and skills of education.Families should pay more attention to the development of their children's career socialization;schools need to carry out the perfect,systematic career preparation course,run the tutorial system development mode,organize the career experience activities,and establish a series of career development education measures such as parents' school.
