Rasearch On Regulations Of High Vocational Colleges And Governance Of Colleges

At present,China is steadily establishing the rule of law state,in this context,the rule of law school is the requirement of the times.In recent years,the state has required higher vocational colleges to complete the construction of the statutes,and the statutes now cover all the higher vocational colleges.However,in the process of implementing the Constitution,there are many problems such as weak implementation,imperfect supporting system and no guarantee of teachers 'and students' rights.It brings great challenges to the management of higher vocational colleges.According to the problems existing in the implementation of the charter of higher vocational colleges and universities at the present stage,some innovative suggestions are put forward from two angles: the perfection of the internal governance structure and the analysis of external stakeholders by means of the questionnaire and the analysis of domestic and foreign statutes.The content needs to highlight the characteristics of higher vocational colleges.First of all,Clarify the implementing subjects of the statute;To perfect the rules and regulations of the school that match the Constitution;To perfect the system of teachers 'and students' rights relief.Secondly,the content of the Constitution aims at the relationship between higher vocational college and government and society,and tries new ways to utilize social resources and accept social supervision.The innovation point of this research lies in: First,through the Constitution,refined the composition of the board of directors,so as to let the board system play a better role;Secondly,in the light of the advanced management experience of foreign countries,an expert technical committee which is different from the academic committee of ordinary colleges of higher learning is put forward in the content of the charter,which can highlight the characteristics of higher vocational colleges.Only in this way can the Constitution play the role of leading the development of colleges and universities,promote the construction of the inner culture and increase the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges.
