Comparative Study Of Difficult Elements Of Individual Women In High Level Aerobics Gymnastics Athletes In China And Europen

With the development of the aerobics gymnastics for more than 20 years,the new competitive pattern has gradually formed.In the face of the once dominant European countries,the Asian countries are gradually able to look back.The Chinese team has three people,five people and aerobic dance projects.It has been in the forefront of the world.Compared with other projects in China,the individual women project is late.Although it has been in the first group in recent years,it still has not won the gold medal in the world championships.In the Fourteenth World Championships,the Chinese team again won the second place of the individual women.Facing the distance,our individual women players are expected to stand on the highest podium.Based on the 2017-2020 aerobics gymnastics competition rules,the first eight complete sets of action of the 10 th Aerobic Gymnastics European Championships individual women project and the National Aerobics Championships were used as the video analysis objects.By using the method of literature,video analysis and mathematical statistics,the advantages and disadvantages of the difficult movements of individual women in China are analyzed and compared in terms of the selection of difficult element,group selection,time and space application,and connection difficult element,and the ways to raise the difficult element of individual women items are discussed in order to be the women of our country.The results of the study show that:1.Individual women players tend to have difficulty of 0.8 points in difficult element selection.Chinese individual women players have the ability to complete higher score and difficult movements.The score of difficult element shows a trend of "high low high".2.The difficulty of group C was the first choice for the difficult elements of the individual women project.Combined with the provisions of the 2017-2020 cycle,Some Chinese players no longer choose the group B.Compared with the European players,our players can quickly adapt and discriminate the rules and make corresponding judgments.3.The degree of difficult elements of Chinese players is 21.25 percentage points with time,and the decline rate of the difficult elements of the European Championships is 17 percentage points,reflecting the more balanced distribution of physical energy in the world high level individual women in the complete set of elements.All Chinese athletes used 3 B-C-A spatial transformations,accounting for 30% of the total number of space uses.However,compared with the European Championships,the space utilization rate of Chinese athletes was 21.25% higher than that of the European 15%,indicating that the spatial utilization and layout of Chinese players need to be improved.4.Chinese players take C+C and C+A as the main types of combination difficult elements,European individual women players take C+C+A as the main difficulty group.It is the most difficult to use the root naming of the connection difficulty to lift the buttocks as the postposition difficulty.The first difficulty is the shear type,the jump class,the split leg jump class,the leg jump class,the cosack jump class.
