In recent years,the number of city left-behind children in China has been increasing year by year,various kinds of education problems caused by lack of family education are becoming more and more prominent.Although the city left-behind children are still young,their own abilities are limited,and their bad behaviors are mostly mild "behaviors that cause harm to themselves",however,the possibility of criminality caused by serious bad behaviors still exists.Therefore,it is necessary for all sectors of society,families,schools and other aspects to fully regulate and pay attention to the behavior of city left-behind children.Actively carry out home-school cooperative education among the city left-behind children so as to promptly find and correct their bad behaviors in life and study and other aspects,which can not only promote the physical and spiritual health growth of city left-behind children,but also promote the updating of the educational concept of their parents and the repair of parent-child relationship between parents and children in families of city left-behind children.In the task of transferring qualified talents to the society,home-school cooperative education is the inevitable direction for the future development of education,and it is also the irreversible trend of education in the future.Several public elementary schools located in Chengdu urban district are selected as study samples and the bad behaviors of city left-behind children in their study,life and interpersonal communication is investigated in the form of investigation and interview.On this basis,some specific performance of home-school cooperative education in the correction of bad behaviors of city left-behind children is sorted out: the subject of cooperation is not fixed,the content of cooperation is single,the effectiveness of cooperation is poor,and the enthusiasm for cooperation is low.In this complex phenomenon,the collected case data and the contents of investigation and interview are then sorted out,and further exploration is conducted to find out the specific reasons for the problems of home-school cooperative education in the correction of bad behaviors of city left-behind children,finally,several methods and strategies based on the home-school level that is conducive to improving and solving the home-school cooperative problems in the correction of bad behaviors of city left-behind children are summarized: pay attention to the city left-behind children groups,and establish the archives of city left-behind children in school-level;clarify the school’s leading role in the cooperative education of city left-behind children,and sign the "Home-School Cooperative Education Agreement";establish a long-term and sound home-school cooperative mechanism for city left-behind children and help solve problems of children’s bad behavior;emphasize on the training of individual ability of teachers in home-school cooperative education,advocate good behavior style;emphasize on the education for parents,to help parents of city left-behind children becoming a qualified main body of home-school cooperative education.This paper innovatively focuses on the cooperative education of city left-behind children,and uses strategies to solve the specific problems that the home-school cooperation may encounter in the bad behavior correction of city left-behind children,it has strong operability and practicality,not only expands the study contents of home-school cooperative education,but also enriches the study of city left-behind children. |
