A Research On The Employment Effects Of Fintech

The deep integration of block chain,big data,artificial intelligence and finance profoundly changes the existing financial landscape,such as many financial business are replaced by the intelligent robot and tank from bank rate is rising year by year,bring convenience to people's lives,caused the financial problem of employment at the same time.But the question of how the fintech affects financial employment and which impaction of fintech on different financial positions is questionable.Analysis of the relationship between the fintech and financial employment systematic and deeply,has extremely important practical significance to promote fintech gives full play to the economic growth and to guard against the financial risk of unemployment.At the same time,it is of great significance to enrich the theory of employment effect.Apart from the theoretical analysis of fintech "substitutes" and "creates" financial employment,this thesis makes an empirical test combined with data from 2010-2015 China's 31 provinces and cities,the result shows: the fintech causes greater loss than the creation,and has an impact on the heterogeneous labor force: the degree of substitution physical laborers is stronger,skilled workers take second place,while the demand for knowledge worker appears slightly increasing trend.To guard against the unemployment risk,the government,financial institutions,financial personnel and financial regulators should reform actively: the government should introduce policies to guide the public right view on financial intelligence development model which fintech brings;financial personnel should keep pace with The Times,adapt to the intelligent transformation actively;financial institutions should take the initiative to formulate long-term strategies and financial regulators need to establish intelligent financial risk supervisi on mechanism.
