The Problems And Countermeasures Of Logistics Service Outsourcing In Colleges And Universities

College logistics service outsourcing is the core of the reform of socialization of university logistics mode,colleges and universities abroad basic by the society to a third party professional logistics service outsourcing company,logistics service outsourcing business in colleges and universities is an indispensable part of the society of the third industry.At present,some universities in China have outsourced some of the logistics services,but there have been some difficulties in the process of logistics service outsourcing.Domestic colleges and universities logistics service outsourcing management effective mechanism,the public welfare and profit-making of logistics in colleges and universities,service outsourcing logistics services is to learn and draw lessons from domestic and foreign professional company in society and enterprise operation and management of the service outsourcing model,the service outsourcing logistics services to a large extent eased the logistics of colleges and universities have long dependence on school economically,greatly enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the logistics workers in colleges and universities.The service outsourcing logistics services in colleges and universities,brings to the logistics of colleges and universities the certain economic benefits,the logistics of colleges and universities’ human capital outflows decrease greatly,reduces the operating costs,introducing social third-party service specialized company for colleges and universities,to improve the quality of logistics services.However,due to the logistics of colleges and universities in our country most of the current management mode is still in the nationalization of management for a long time(i.e.,public management mechanism),to a certain extent,restrict the development of the logistics of colleges and universities and the profit space.So college logistics operational management services outsourcing operation mode is still in the stage of exploration and attempt,although domestic colleges and universities in logistics service outsourcing model attempts to obtain a certain experience and more significant achievements,but still difficult to meet the modern overall development and the long-term needs of the reform and development of logistics in colleges and universities.This paper starts from introducing service outsourcing,logistics outsourcing and logistics outsourcing,and makes an empirical study on logistics outsourcing mode of Nanchang aviation university.Through a questionnaire survey and interview survey,we conduct a systematic investigation of logistics outsourcing service in Nanchang aviation university asset management co.,LTD.The results show that the main problems of logistics outsourcing in Nanchang aviation university are as follows: the layers of outsourcing are difficult to be supervised and the cost of rent is high;the joint management and coordination mechanism of logistics departments are not smooth;the outsourcing agreements need to be improved and the responsibilities of the logistics functions are not clear.In order to solve these problems,the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve the logistics service outsourcing management of Nanchang aviation university,including the introduction of competition mechanism in the open university logistics market,the rational selection of contractors,the establishment of a rigorous and perfect service outsourcing agreement system and the improvement of the construction of the logistics supervision system.It is hoped that it can provide reference for the socialization reform of logistics in Colleges and universities.
