With the development of social work,the scale of social work organizations continue to expand,the state and society on the social work of the professional requirements are also rising.As one of the important links of social work practice,demand assessment plays an important role in the process of practice.It is the starting point of social work and social welfare and the basis of social work program development,plan execution and summary assessment.However,in the course of practice,the social work organization for various reasons,easy to ignore the needs assessment work,resulting in social work services failed to solve the practical problems of recipients.Based on the previous studies,this paper is based on the theory of Maslow's demand hierarchy,which is based on the theory of the family and comprehensive service of Huxiang social work service center in Shangjie Town,Fuzhou City.Questionnaire survey,interview,observation and other research methods,on the community community H primary school children in the needs of the study,to assess their actual needs,and summarize the problems encountered in the assessment process,and then explore the methods and techniques to solve these problems The The study suggests that the current students are mainly the needs of love and attribution,respect for the needs and self-realization of the needs of a higher level of demand,this demand is the social workers in the design of the program should be considered.At the same time,social workers can use the literature,field trips,consult experts,etc.to complete the needs assessment preparation work,in the assessment process should also comply with the assessment of ethical standards,and timely adjustment according to different circumstances,make full use of existing resources,flexible use of various Talking skills to solve practical problems.This part is divided into five parts:The first part mainly elaborates the research background,the research significance,as well as the domestic and foreign related literature review and the review;The second part introduces the research frame and the thought,explains the research use theory And the method,describes the outline of the community H primary school;the third part deseribes the results of this domand assessment survey,from the physiological needs,security needs,love and attribution needs,respect for the needs and self-realization needs of five levels The fourth part focuses on the problems encountered in the various stages of the needs assessment,as well as the strategies and techniques to solve these problems,to explore the ethical dilemma in the evaluation process;the last part of the study of the content of this article To summarize,to reflect on the shortcomings of the study.
