For a long time,technology-based learning and teaching have focused on cognitive factors in the learning process.With the deepening of multimedia learning research,emotional and emotional factors began to enter the field of study and practice.The introduction of emotional and emotional factors has changed the "cold cognitive perspective" in traditional multimedia learning research and practice,and incorporated the motive and emotional emotional factors into the scope of thinking of multimedia learning design.In the past few years,the expansion of theoretical assumptions in multimedia learning has triggered a series of studies on the impact of emotional design on multimedia learning.There are also a large number of studies examining the impact of positive emotions on multimedia learning,but the conclusions are not consistent.In addition,so far the impact of negative emotions on the study of learning is relatively small.In addition,most researchers in the past tested the results of learning by learning the differences between the test results to infer different learning effects,but there are few studies on the cognitive process of learners.Therefore,this study attempts to induce positive emotions and negative emotions using both external and internal inducements,and discusses the effects of positive emotions and negative emotions induced by the two emotions on learning outcomes and learning process.At the same time,this study intends to use the eye-tracking device to record the learner's visual attention process,combining the eye movement and learning result measurement of learners in multimedia learning to reveal the impact of emotion on the learning process and learning effect of multimedia.The results were as follows:(1)Under the condition of external induced emotion,the learners with positive emotion state showed better learning results than those in the negative emotional state,which mainly reflected in the transfer test results.There is no difference in motivation level,perceived difficulty,psychological effort and learning satisfaction.There was no significant difference in eye movement.(2)Under the condition of internal emotional design,the learners with positive emotion state showed better learning results,higher learning motivation and learning satisfaction than subjects who were in negative emotional state,and they had higher psychological Effort and lower perceived difficulty.The number of gaze,gaze,and gaze points on the main content is less than the negative group.
