Parent-implement intervention is a way for parents to use intervention strategies to participate in child intervention training.The Early Start Denver Model is an intervention method for early intervention training in autistic children.A large number of foreign studies have shown that parents use the Early Start Denver Model intervention method for children to intervene training can improve the level of children's ability.While improving the level of children's ability,the level of parental mental health will be improved,such as parental stress and general self-efficacy.However,domestic research on early intervention of the Early Start Denver Model and parents' implementation of intervention is relatively few.Therefore,this study is based on previous studies to assess the ability of three children with autism spectrum disorder and develop an intervention training program for early intervention use the Early Start Denver Model.Parents were trained and intervened,and the family rehabilitation courses were conducted once a week to guide parents to train children in the family environment.Using the children's autism assessment scale(CARS),the autism treatment evaluation check list(ATEC)and the autism behavior checklist scale(ABC),the overall ability of the child intervention training was assessed.The parental stress and general self-efficacy were measured in the parenting stress index-short form(PSI-SF)and general self-efficacy scale(GSES).Combined with further observations and interviews,the study explored the impact of intervention on children and parents of children with autism spectrum disorder by the intervention of parents in the early intervention of theESDM..Based on this,the author summarized the training effect,provided training basis for the intervention treatment of children with autism,and looked into the future research.This study found that the three cases were significantly improved on the level of overall competence development,and the level of parental pressure was reduced and the general self-efficacy level was improved.Therefore,the early start Denver model intervention as training method of training intervention from parents perform interventions for children can effectively promote the development of children' in various fields,and the parents' parenting stress and general self-efficacy have a beneficial effect.
