In recent years,with the development of competitive sports and the country’s attention to sports coaches to improve the level of primary school coaches social status has improved.However,relative to the junior high school physical education teachers,primary school sports coaches the overall social status and subjective social status is still not optimistic.The subjective social status of primary school coaches is not only related to the benefit of sports talents training in grass-roots physical education schools,but also related to the realization of self-value.In this paper,the use of literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the grass-roots school coaches to investigate the subjective social status.This paper analyzes the factors influencing the subjective social status of the coaches in the elementary school,and puts forward some countenneasures to solve the problems.This paper is divided into the following parts:The first part is preface.Mainly including the purpose and significance of the study and the literature review,the significance of the study mainly from the promotion of competitive sports reserve talents training benefits,and the status of primary school coaches need to improve their status and so on to discuss;literature review from the subjective social status Evaluation index,subjective social status of the deep-seated factors and sports teachers and other groups of subjective social status of the existing research literature review of the three aspects of the core concept of the definition of the paper research ideas and technical routes are outlined,As the current study to clarify ideas.The second part is the research object and research method.The main research methods of this paper are literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and so on.The questionnaire survey was conducted by stratified sampling and random sampling.Fifty coaches from five primary schools in Hunan province were selected for questionnaire survey.The third part is to examine the status of subjective social status of coaches in elementary school.Mainly from the economic security,professional image,social identity,professional value,professional literacy five aspects of investigation and study,understand the basic sports school coaches subjective social status.The results showed that the overall social status of the coaches was low,the salary was not satisfactory,the professional achievement was poor,the professional identity was not good,and the professional development was not good.The fourth part analyzes the factors influencing the subjective social status of the coaches from five dimensions:national policy,traditional culture,social cognition,nature of work and coaches’ standard.The factors of national policy include the erosion of vocational education in secondary education system,the backwardness of management system in secondary physical education schools,and the stagnation factors in secondary sports schools.The traditional cultural factors include " The influence of the traditional educational identity on the coaches,the social public’s recognition of the value of the primary schools,and the lack of understanding of the basic public schools on the basic sports schools.The factors of the work include the physical characteristics of the sports school coaches and the constraints of the work environmelt of the coaches.The factors of the coaches include the professional level of the coaches in the primary schools,the coaches’ humanistic qualities to be improved,There is a lack of opportunities for post-vocational education.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to improve the subjective social status of the coaches in elementary school.Mainly to implement the security policy,from the macro-control level,the implementation of security policies to strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of coaches at the grassroots sports schools;establish a strict standard of professional coaches,professional coaches to promote professionalism;innovative ideas of traditional cultural defects,and create a good extermal surroundings.In the implementation of the concept,the establishment of a scientific and rational management system of primary school eoaches;strengthen eoaches professional publie opinion and guidance,and create a good professional image;integration of resources within the school to improve the work environment of grass-roots coaches.In the micro-operation,the emphasis on the overall development of coaches to enhance the overall coaches the level of teachers;to strengthen coaches professional ethics constraints,and establish a good social image;to promote primary school coaches post-service education,and strengthen the updating of the knowledge system. |
