Research On The Current Situation Of Kindergarten Teachers' Legal Consciousness

In recent years,teachers have aggrieved educatee's rights sometimes in kindergarten education and it has brought a great negative impact on kindergarten teachers.on the other hand,many kindergarten teachers,due to the lack of legal awareness,do not know how to protect their legitimate rights and interests when they face these problems.This paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire and interview survey of 510 kindergarten teachers in Xinjiang,on 10 preschool teachers,1kindergarten Baojiao 1 director interviews,the status quo of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region kindergarten teachers' awareness of the law,analyze the reasons,the formation of the problem and puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the legal awareness of kindergarten teachers provide empirical on the basis of.Through the survey found the following problems: From the aspect of the legal knowledge,kindergarten teachers' understanding and view in children's rights is lack.The recognition of game right and communication right is minimum;kindergarten teachers understanding of illegal acts is lack,will affect the teachers' attitude to work and some sense of responsibility;kindergarten teachers for the extension of corporal punishment and punishment concept is unclear;the kindergarten teachers for teachers' appealing system some rights way is unclear;private kindergarten teachers have a certain gap with the office of kindergarten in the study of the law,the law will,awareness of rights;kindergarten teacher's law will still need to be strengthened.Analysis shows that the laws and regulations of kindergarten teachers is lack;especially the private kindergarten teachers in-service training needs to be strengthened;the law will affect the survival pressure of kindergarten teachers;kindergarten teacher learning for the legal aspects of the passive,muddle along,some legal provisions are not detailed enough.Finally,according to the survey results,proposed to increase the preschool teachers training;preschool teachers training regulations,carried out multi-level preschool teachers training;to improve the laws and regulations of the kindergarten teachers' occupation;strengthen the protection of the kindergarten teachers;strengthen the regulations of the kindergarten training;strengthen the kindergarten management standardization;focus on the impact the mass media such as newspapers and television networks;preschool education specialty in secondary vocational school vocational colleges should set up regulationsof preschool education curriculum;private kindergarten will be incorporated into the8 training range.
