| With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the coordinated development of urban and rural areas continue to accelerate,in the new socialist countryside construction background,in 2004 the Ministry of Education launched the “one village a college student” plan,taking the national radio and television university system as the main carrier.The aim of this plan is to take advantage of radio and television university system to cultivate “reliable,useful” practical talents and management personnel for the rural areas.The university system will cultivate peasant college students,nurture new farmers,and develop new agriculture through higher education.Taizhou Radio and TV University in Zhejiang Province has implemented the “one village a college student” training program since 2006.After more than ten years of continuous practice and exploration,the training mode of "College and Government Dual System Integration" has been gradually established.This paper is the study of the practice and exploration of the training mode,which is composed of six parts.The first part is the introduction which analyzes the status quo by offering the background information of this study and related research at home and abroad.The second part provides the theoretical premise by expounding the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,mainly around the concept of peasant education and human resources.The third part mainly discusses the background,basic requirements and main contents of this mode.The fourth part provides the evaluation index system to show the main effect of the implementation of the mode to explore the sustainability of the mode.The fifth part and the sixth part analyze the existing problems and the countermeasures respectively,and discuss the significance of the popularization of the mode in the process of cultivating the peasant college students and the implementation of the “one village a college student” plan. |
