On April 14,2009,the State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the "National Youth Campus on the activities of the notice",the same year on June 10 the State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of Education in Beijing jointly held a national youth campus football Work conference,officially launching the national youth campus football activities.In the party and the government's strong advocacy and full support,in recent years around the country carrying out the campus football has been in full swing.In Hunan Province,soccer is a weak project,football talent is seriously inadequate,in the process of promoting the campus football,the teacher problem has become increasingly prominent,especially in primary and secondary schools,such as the lack of campus football teachers,defeciency in the level of teaching,which,to a certain extent,impacted the campus football In-depth development.How to promote the campus football facing the lack of campus football teacher?It is related to the sustainable development of campus football,which is the decision-making departments at all levels in Hunan Provincec,but also every one of us who focus on Hunan campus football development need to think about the problem.In this paper,the paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics to study the construction of soccer teachers in primary and secondary schools in Hunan Province,and takes soccer teachers from various schools of Hunan Province,different positions and different levels who participated in the 2016 Hunan Normal University football training project as the object of the investigation,and the current situation and existing problems of soccer teachers in primary and secondary schools in Hunan province were analyzed with the relevant experts and experts of football in Hunan province.The paper discusses the external environment and internal conditions of the construction of soccer teachers in primary and secondary schools,and puts forward some suggestions to optimize the football teachers in primary and secondary schools in Hunan Province,with a view to provide the theoretical basis for promoting the vigorous development of football in primary and secondary schools in Hunan Province.This study draws the following conclusions:1,since the implementation of campus football,Hunan Province,primary and secondary schools respond positively,and the campus football has acertain degree of development.2,Hunan Province,primary and secondary school football teams are unreasonable in age,education,title structure,age structure tending to be younger,education,title is relatively being low,with a single source of football teachers and the lack of teachers in number.3,At present,the investment in soccer teachers in primary and secondary schools in Hunan Province is not engough,the level of teachers is low,the loss of teachers is serious,the conditions of scientific research are simple,and the ability to do scientific research is low.Football teacher entrance threshold is not high,eligibility leniency.4,the primary and secondary school football football training system in Hunan Province is less reasonable,training is not enough,with less trainings,sole training contents and forms.The assessment system is not strict,and the training effect is not ideal.In response to the above problems,the study made the following recommendations:1,to improve the treatment of teachers,increase the attractiveness of teachers to ensure adequate funding into the venue and equipment construction,to a certain extent,improve the conditions for scientific research for teachers to create a good teaching environment.2,efforts to improve the professional level of teachers,tighten teachers "entrance",requiring teachers to regularly participate in further education,adhere to the "going out" and "introduction".3,to change the concept of managers to eliminate managers in the hearts of "master" and "sub-class" concept the assessment of football being part of the year-end assessment improves the management of football attention.4,the reform of sports colleges and universities setting up professional football,integrating social resources,establishing specialized departments to train football teachers,to strengthen the professionalism of football,to create attractive conditions,the establishment of football professional.For the social retirement of high-level athletes,let them patrtcipate in qualification training and worked with a certificatin card,sharing their rich experience to the students.5,increase training efforts to improve the quality of training,change the attitude of teachers and students of a single training model,tighten training assessment system.
