| The scale of population flow has been increasing since the reform of household registration system in china,within which the trans-provincial flow of population is one of the most important influence factors on the development of provinces and our country.Mobility of population has positive impacts on resource allocation、social vitality and economic growth,and the growth in economy、increasing in people’s income and living standard can also stimulate the flow of population in return.China has been an aging society since 1999,and the degree of aging has been increasing since then,reinforcing the dependency burden as well as negative impacts on economy.Also growth of economy in China can change people’s life style and concept of child-bearing,number of working-age people has been decreasing,thus number of aged people has been increasing.Since the economic crisis in 2008,the growth rate of economic in China has declined a lot,especially down to 8%in 2012,the contribution of aging and mobility of population is considerable.This paper focuses on relationships among trans-provincial population flow、population aging and economic growth,hoping for a better understanding on them and a better solution of the problem they caused.In this paper,qualitative and quantitative analysis has been used to analyze relationship between trans-provincial population flow and population aging.After that,this paper combines the economic growth using simultaneous equations model to analyze how trans-provincial population flow and population aging influence the growth rate of an economy.Finally,this paper puts forward a series of policy suggestions of how to stimulate the flow of population and deal with population aging.Based on research above,this paper reached flowing results:(1)We can divide China into three regions according to how population flow trans-provincially:population net inflow region、population net outflow region and middle region.The relationships between trans-provincial population flow and population aging among outflow region and no evident relationship between trans-provincial population flow and population aging region.(2)There are connections with trans-provincial population flow、population aging and economic growth:population net inflow helped remit population aging and stimulate economy growth,vice versa.(3)Not only trans-provincial population flow and population aging,capital accumulation、savings、average educational level and natural population growth rate also have positive influence on economic growth,those are important factors we cannot ignore when analyzing demographic problems.Finally,this paper put forward some policy advises on how to deal with trans-provincial population flow and population aging,hoping to stimulate population flow trans-provincially and remit negative impact of population aging on economic growth. |
