Empirical Research On Human Capital Investment Influence Of Urban Competitiveness

The city is connected to the anchor point and the regional prosperity economic transactions.Under the background of economic globalization,the level of economic development and opening up more and more,breaking barriers is accelerating,which means the city's competitiveness in the future will play a decisive role.Urban competitiveness depends not only on economic strength,but also with the amount and investment in human capital it holds on.It is now increasingly recognized:the ability to quickly develop a city,the most critical is there is not enough talent,and appropriate and reasonable investment in human capital is a sufficient condition leading talent.In this paper,from domestic and foreign scholars on human capital investment and urban competitiveness theory,human capital investment to build the index system and level of China's urban competitiveness measure to establish correlation analysis model based on a prefecture-level city in Shanxi ten relevant data using SPSS software and EVIWES software,using principal component analysis and panel data model empirical analysis of real data,and based on empirical analysis correlation elaborate.This article studies have shown:that exists Shanxi certain relationship,the level of investment of urban competitiveness,raise the level of human capital investment will promote the upgrading of urban competitiveness.Based on human capital investment and urban competitiveness,Combined with the actual situation in Shanxi,Shanxi city proposed to strengthen the competitiveness of policy recommendations.For weaknesses of each prefecture-level city in Shanxi human capital,proposes to strengthen the quality of basic education,raise the level of education;construction labor market system,encouraging the rational flow of talent;perfect health system,improve the health care environment;build the social security system,reduce residents worry about,such as policy recommendations,in order to greatly improve the environment for investment in human capital city of Shanxi Province,Shanxi Province to improve the overall competitiveness of the city.Because some of the prefecture-level city in Shanxi Province was established late,available data collected is restricted life,so this did not do the long-term dynamic analysis of urban competitiveness and investment in human capital issues in Shanxi Province.These more mature urban development time to be at the foundation's objective to collect data on the resources available,the available analytical models and methods for dynamic correlation urban competitiveness and education,training,health care,labor,security and technology on and related make more accurate judgments of the long observation of urban competitiveness situation,in order to more accurately identify the motivation to promote urban development.
