| Teacher is the key of Education plans.High quality teacher specialization construction is time request and the need of development.According to the National Education Career Development the Twelfth Five-year Plan,"Our country will implement primary and secondary schools teacher training plan,education funding for teaching and scientific research will focus on the practice teaching research,encouraging outstanding teachers in teaching to carry out a long term basis and sustainable teaching experiments..."These specific planning measures directly indicate that the primary and secondary school teachers in the process of professional development should vigorously develop education scientific research activities.This paper mainly discusses the relationship between senior middle school teachers’professional development and teachers’ teaching and researching activities.In general,In-depth and effective research activity can promote teacher professional development,professional considerable development of teachers,on the contrary,can promote the progress of teachers’ teaching and researching activities,they are pushing hands each other,servicing teachers’ education teaching activities and the sustainable development of the students and the school,this is the ideal relationship of teachers’ professional development and teachers’teaching and researching activities.The ideal relationship in the real education to realize how much,what deficiencies,what is the cause of insufficient,what are the methods and strategy to solve these insufficient,it is the focus of this paper.On the basis of the study,the discussed strategy achieving what kind of effect can do further action research.The article has five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,from two angles of reality and the literature discussed in this paper,we study the background,purpose,significance,theoretical foundation and related research review.The second chapter is a case study of Xi Shui NO.1 Middle School.Adopt the method of questionnaire and interview.By setting the questionnaire of Xi Shui NO.1 Middle School,to survey the current situation of the current high school teachers’ teaching and researching activities,the level of teacher’s professional development,teachers’ teaching and researching activities,and the important influence factors of teacher’s professional development.Through the statistical method of survey data,combing out the need to pay special attention to problems,and solutions to solve these problems discussed.The third chapter,in case some questionnaire on the basis of statistical analysis and interview,to explore the current research activity of high school teachers and the advantages and disadvantages of teacher’s professional development.The fourth chapter is to recognize the problem solution put forward.The fifth chapter content is research conclusion and ideas. |
