Simple Discussion On The University President Wu Yifang's Leadership In The Period Of The Republic Of China

In the history of higher education in modern China,Wu yifang is a university president with characteristics in the period of the Republic of China.Her leadership has a great reference to the other presidents and women leaders in the colleges and universities.This paper tries to show the principal's leadership of Wu in order to give some useful inspiration and reference to the presidents,women leaders and researchers by the method of historical research,literature research and after thinking.In this paper,six chapters will be showed.The first introduces the background,significance,academic status and related concepts.From the second to the fifth,author states the Wu's leadership of the form of expression,the way to realize and the functions by Wu's vision,decisiveness,executive ability and charisma.The last is about quotable experiences of improving leadership.By thinking about the form of social life,after thinking method follows a scientific analysis way that is opposite to the actual movement.It is from the afterwards,from the result of the development of the material which has been completely determined.This paper from the development of leadership,dating back to the source of leadership,is based on the leadership theory.By resetting the history of Wu's managing the college,it proves that Wu has the leadership of the principal.Wu's leadership including of vision,decisiveness,executive ability and charisma mainly performs in the following things like making a clear goal of education,implementing effective school governance strategy,reforming on the situation of Ginling College and society and inspiring all the teachers and students with her charisma.Through the research,Wu's leadership forms from support by her family,improvement in quality,implementation of the governance strategy and her charisma.Therefore,Wu has given some reference to the leaders in the colleges and universities nowadays that they should confirm the education goal,improve the management system,strengthen their self-cultivation and so on to promote their leadership.
