A Study On The Community Of Shared Future For Mankind From The Perspective Of Global Distributive Justice

Since the 1970 s,economic globalization has accelerated and become a great opportunity for the rise of developing countries.However,globalization also aggravates the injustice of global distribution.The gap between the rich and the poor is widening;the negative effect of the inborn imbalance of the resource stock is magnifying;the burden of ecological environment governance is unfair,and the digital divide is being enlarged day by day.In recent years,trade protectionism in the economic,political populism and cultural conservatism were born.Reverse globalization makes global distributive justice more difficult.In the face of this problem,many western scholars,including neoliberalists,sustainable development theorists,ecologists and some left-wing scholars have come up with different solutions from different standpoints,but none of these solutions will solve the problem.Some even go against the purpose.Theoretically speaking,there are four conditions for the realization of global distributive justice.First,we need to establish a basic idea of the international community that plays an “organizing and structuring” role,which means a consensus that the international community is a community of risk-benefit;Second,there is a need to find a reasonable idea for global distributive justice,which is win-win;Thirdly,we should find an effective mechanism to realize the distribution of interests,which is an equal and open world market.Fourthly,it needs a feasible path of peace,dialogue and cooperation.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping has expounded comprehensively and profoundly on the conceives of the community of shared future for mankind.The idea is essentially a Chinese scheme for achieving global distributive justice.Xi Jinping elaborated on the concept of ?five-sphere integrated plan? in five areas: politics,security,economy,culture and ecology,based on which he further elaborated mechanism and path of the community of shared future for mankind.The basic orientation of the community of shared future for mankind is to respond to global crises and challenges,with the intrinsic value of achieving global distributive justice.This idea represents the common interests of people all over the world.It is also a means of global governance that addresses global risks,promotes the interests of the peoples of the world and eliminates unfair distribution among states and peoples.The idea of a community of shared future for mankind is the most realistic way to achieve global distributive justice and it meets the conditions of global distributive justice.It recognizes that the world is a community of risk-benefit and provides a realistic sense of community for the realization of global distributive justice;It contains the concept of win-win and recognizes that everyone’s interests are important,that is why it is a consensus with the greatest common divisor;The concept of an equal,open and inclusive world market proposed by the idea provides an effective mechanism for the realization of global distributive justice;The ways through peace,dialogue and cooperation advocated by the idea provides a practical path to global distributive justice.Community of shared future for mankind is scientific,not only because of its fairness and feasibility,but also because it lays foundation on Marxist historical materialism and distributive justice theory.Marxist theory of the law of the development of human society provides a scientific social historical view and methodological foundation for the construction of the community of shared future for mankind.Marxist thought of world history(globalization)provides a concrete guide for constructing the community of shared future for mankind.At the same time,Marxist thought of distributive justice provides a value basis for it.Community of shared future for mankind is the modernization and concretization of Marxist proposition of distributive justice.
