A Study On The Training Of Young Civil Servants In The Taxation Bureau Of A Banner,Chifeng

In order to thoroughly implement the strategy of "talent strengthening tax",further strengthen the training of young civil servants,strengthen the pertinence of the training of young civil servants,improve the quality and efficiency of the training,and broaden the ways of training young civil servants,we will effectively improve the professional ability and overall quality of tax cadres,further enhance their performance in their posts,effectively tamp the overall quality of civil servants,and constantly push forward the construction of the young civil servants.This paper,taking the Taxation Bureau of the A banner in Chifeng as an example,analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of young civil servants in the taxation bureau from two aspects:The measures taken and the results achieved.And for the current problems of the bureau,such as the lack of systematic setting of training objectives,the unmet demand for education and training,the insufficient incentive measures for training,and the insufficient guarantee measures for training,this paper expounds the reasons from four aspects of the backwardness of the cultivation concept,the defects of the education and training,the imperfection of the cultivation mode,and the lack of the applicability and pertinence of the cultivation implementation.In addition,the train of thought for the training of young civil servants in Chifeng's a flag tax bureau should learn from the experience of training young civil servants in the foreign tax system,as well as the good practices of the internal tax bureau,on the basis of the actual situation of a flag tax bureau,this paper makes a further study on the training of young civil servants.This paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the concept of training young civil servants,establishing a complete system of education and training,implementing various incentive measures and strengthening the guarantee measures of training young civil servants.Through these practical and feasible suggestions for the training of young civil servants in the Taxation Bureau of the Chifeng A flag,we strive to achieve a new breakthrough in the training of young civil servants.
