At present,there is a general phenomenon of discrimination in the field of employment in China,this paper expounds the field of employment discrimination.The elimination of discrimination in employment and the achievement of substantive equality in fair employment are issues that we urgently need to address.To be realistic,we do not have a panacea to quickly resolve our deep-rooted traditional views and prejudices.The existing relevant provisions of our country,although the relevant laws and regulations on anti-employment discrimination have provisions in principle,but there is no special anti-employment discrimination law provisions,in the field of employment there is no specific provisions to effectively protect the equal employment rights and interests of workers.From the legislative level of our country to make provisions to protect me The equal rights of national citizens are of great significance.The first part of the thesis is the introduction,first of all,the background of the topic,the significance of the research,introduced the necessity of China's anti-employment discrimination legal system;secondly,the domestic and foreign research status,and make a brief review of the research status;finally,introduce the research ideas and research methods of the paper,the focus of the paper,difficulties and innovation points are explained.The second part of the paper expounds the concept,characteristics and constituent elements of employment discrimination,and explains the manifestation of employment discrimination and its causes.The third part of the thesis expounds the anti-employment in China The legal source of discrimination and its main contents list the shortcomings of China's anti-employment discrimination legal system,the existing anti-employment discrimination related legislation is not perfect,the lack of effective labor dispute relief,the existing law implementation practice is insufficient.The fourth part of the paper describes the experience of the legal system of anti-discrimination in employment in Hong Kong,the United States and Canada,and the reference significance of anti-discrimination in employment in China,puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the legal system of anti-discrimination in employment,formulates the necessity of anti-discrimination law in employment and its perfect suggestion in the field of employment,formulates the concrete legal reliefmechanism that can be implemented,establishes the equal employment committee,promotes our country and the international In this paper,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the anti-employment discrimination legal system in China.
