A Study On Fetishism In Das Kapital

With the development of socialist market economy,people’s worship and dependence on commodities,money and capital,which can be seen everywhere in our daily life,are becoming increasingly fierce.In order to acquire and possess these things,people can even break all moral and legal boundaries.For example,some local governments for a period of time have been one-sided pursuit of the growth of "GDP" in figures,while ignoring the improvement of people’s living standards in other economic aspects;In order to get more profits,some enterprises take risks to produce fake and inferior products.In dealing with various interpersonal relationships,people put money in an important position,etc.,and they are trapped in the excessive pursuit of material benefits.In the long run,it is not only unfavorable to the exertion of human subjectivity and the realization of the all-round development of human beings,but also goes against the people-oriented development thought advocated by our country.Therefore,how to guide people to better deal with the relationship between people and "things",recognize the nature of commodities,money and capital,give play to people’s subjectivity,and minimize the negative impact of these things has become an urgent problem to be solved.Marx from the perspective of economics research inferior commodity economy condition and the "content" of the reverse relationship between fetishism phenomenon demonstrates unique,especially in the mature period of important works in the Das Kapital,system,a complete and scientific ideas of fetishism for us to solve the above problem has important theoretical and realistic significance.Based on the existing research results,I will apply the methods of literature review,theory and practice to carry out research on this topic from the following four chapters:The first chapter from the research background,significance and literature review to do a general grasp of The Marx fetishists thought,so as to determine the research direction and content of this paper.The second chapter discusses the theoretical source of Marx’s fetishism and the fetishism before Das Kapital.Hegel’s theory of alienation feuerbach’s religious theory and Hess’ s monetary theory have played a key role in the gradual formation of Marx’s fetish thought.By analyzing and sorting out the fetishism thought of predecessors and Marx in his major works before Das Kapital,we can not only clarify the internal relation between predecessors and Marx,but also help us better understand the evolution process and profound connotation of Marx’s fetishism thought.The third chapter is the focal point of this thesis,which will analyze the main contentof Marx’s fetishism in Das Kapital.Commodity fetishism,money fetishism and capital fetishism are three basic forms of fetishism analyzed by Marx.Mysterious degree between them is gradually increasing,especially in the capital fetishism in this stage,due to a series of economic category and characterization on the phenomenon of all the income source and form of "the trinity" the cover of the formula,not only won the richest surface in the form of fetishism,which has the nature of fetishism also reached the height of the unique.Marx also predicted the end of society and fetishism in the future.Because of the irreconcilable basic contradictions within the capitalist mode of production,the capitalist society is bound to be replaced by a higher social form,and fetishism will die out accordingly.This advanced social form is the "free man union" society predicted by Mark,where there is no fetishism,but it must be under the public ownership of the means of production,planned production and a certain material basis to completely eliminate fetishism phenomenon and fetishism in people’s minds.The fourth chapter discusses the contemporary value of the fetishism in Das Kapital.As the inevitable outcome of the development of commodity economy,commodity,money and capital fetishism have not disappeared from our real life,but have been manifested in new forms in the production,circulation and consumption of the socialist market economy,thus making the all-round development of human beings and the play of human subjectivity subject to many constraints and challenges.Marx’s fetishism in Das Kapital is of great significance for us to deeply understand the relationship between fetishism and commodity economy,correctly understand the fetishism existing in Our country at present,uphold the people’s dominant position and overcome its negative influence.
