Study On The Prevention And Control Of Security Risks Of Shared Transportation

In recent years,with the increasing maturity of Internet e-commerce and the wide application of new technologies such as big data,various types of "unicorn" enterprises and their related offline products have emerged."Internet and sharing" has become a new mode of conversion of idle resources into capital integration,in which shared travel has become the main mode of travel for residents.The birth of shared transportation not only makes the traditional travel order reconstitute,but also hides all kinds of new security risks,and becomes a convenient tool for criminals to commit new crimes.These potential public security risks reflect the current public security management system still lack,the public security organs to combat new criminal means difficult,the new business model of weak security supervision and other difficulties,this series of difficulties to the comprehensive management of social security work poses a huge challenge.At present,there are four types of public security risks,namely public security risk,data information security risk,personal safety risk and property security risk.However,in the process of dealing with the risk of public security,the main body still has the dilemma of fragmentation of the government supervision mode,the lack of public security public security management,and the serious phenomenon of "bottom line competition" of enterprises.On the basis of the identification of public security risks,this paper finds the comprehensive weight ingress coefficient of riskats at all levels through the AHP level analysis method,determines the importance of various types of risks,and obtains the results of the risk assessment of public security.Then,the implementation of risk prevention and control measures for the identified security risks are put forward: first,to follow the principles of participatory management,risk transfer,data protection and application of prevention and control;Including the establishment of security risk prevention responsibility,the establishment of cross-sectoral joint law enforcement mechanism,increase the intensity of security risk prevention and control in new areas,strengthen the enterprise security risk prevention and control information construction;Including standardcompetition mechanism,innovative technical means,the implementation of life cycle management,the establishment of "credit bet" regulatory system,the formation of trade associations.
