The Research On The Efficiency Of Investigation Management Based On The Risk Assessment

In recent years,the numbers of criminal cases have declined continuously.However,the crime intergraded with internet and traditional crime,and drug crime have increased gradually.There are characteristics of professionalization and organization in invading property and gang crime.Aiming at the new characteristics,the public security organization further research the regular pattern and character of crime to put forward the investigation strategy of investigation management with a variety of investigation methods to connect more cases and perpetrators to attack them in one time.However,it is necessary to further study those issues that how to define the concept,elements,scope of application and specific process of investigation management in theory and how to standardize the elements and criteria related to the efficiency of investigation management in the practice of investigation management.It needs to be further considered that how to avoid all kinds of risks in the operation of investigation,and finally make the investigation behavior obtain the maximum economic,legal and social benefits.The risk of investigation operation was selected as breakthrough point by this paper,through the analysis of the efficiency of investigation and management,the risk of investigation management was estimated to build a risk assessment model of investigation operation,so as to guide the implementation of investigation management strategy in practice,and strive for the maximization of investigation efficiency.There are five chapters in this paper: In the first chapter,the significance of investigation operation,the research review at domestic and abroad,the research ideas and research methods were analyzed.In the second chapter,the concept of investigation management and other concepts were discriminated.In the meanwhile,the scope of application,main body,main measures,purpose and significance of investigation operation were analyzed.In the third chapter,all aspects of the efficiency in investigation operation were further analyzed to clarify the influencing factors of investigation efficiency in investigation operation activities and to innovate the evaluation criteria of investigation operation efficiency,and to lead to the evaluation of investigation operation risk.In the four chapter,the investigation operation risk assessment model was built innovatively to express the investigation operation benefits moreclearly.In the five chapter,through the analysis of investigative business risks,it proposes specific implementation ways to improve investigative business efficiency,and puts forward suggestions for perfecting the risk assessment system.
