The Research And Implementation Of The System Of Procuratorial Confession And Punishment Handling Based On Template And Rule

With the development of computer and the maturity of artificial intelligence technology,computer software began to play an important role in the procuratorate.At present,the computer software used in the procuratorate is mainly to simplify the daily handling process of prosecutors,such as electronic documents,online circulation and so on.At present,the pain point of the work of the procuratorate is that the number of cases is few,the prosecutor is difficult to put into more complex work.In order to solve this problem,it is necessary to study professional software,such as document writing and term prediction,to assist prosecutors to quickly complete the work of document generation and accurate sentencing.The research content can not only promote the informatization construction of the procuratorate,but also improve the work efficiency of the procurators,which has certain practical significance.It also has certain theoretical significance for the research of computer software and artificial intelligence technology in the field of law.In order to alleviate the pain of the current work of the procuratorate,this paper designs and implements the intelligent case handling system of the procuratorate’s summary cases.The role of the system is to provide assistance to the prosecutor and to lighten his workload.The overall research ideas of this system are as follows:(1)firstly,a template-based document generation algorithm is designed to realize the document generation function.The algorithm makes use of the effective information extracted from the document data served by the police and produces the corresponding legal document.(2)secondly,in order to realize the term prediction function,a rule-based term prediction algorithm is designed.The algorithm extracts the effective information of the case in the indictment and obtains the prediction result of the term of imprisonment by means of classification reasoning.(3)finally,with the two algorithms as the core technology support,the system is designed and implemented by combining the collected data layer with the quantified legal provisions and legal documents.The design of the system takes into account the habits of the users,and adopts the mode of "left to see and right to write" in the function of document generation.In the function of sentence prediction,the involved cases and the original text of the law are displayed,and the involved parts are highlighted for the prosecutors to see.In order to facilitate the use of prosecutors,the system as a whole simplifies the operation and improves the experience as much as possible.At present,the system has been put into practice in many procuratorates.
