As the basic unit of the city,community is the most outpost of the party’s construction at the grass-roots level in the city,and plays an important role in the overall work of the party and the state.With the deepening of urban management system reform and the downward shift of urban management focus,urban communities play an increasingly important role in strengthening urban management services,gathering residents,resolving social conflicts,building a harmonious society and promoting urban development.The ideological and political work of BINGTUAN urban community is an important part and foundation of the party’s ideological and political work of BINGTUAN and an important guarantee for the urban community work of BINGTUAN.To do a good job in the ideological and political work of the urban community of XPCC is of great and far-reaching practical significance for the implementation of the general goal of Xinjiang,the implementation of the mission of XPCC,the strengthening of national unity,the improvement of the civilized quality of residents and the level of community civilization,and the promotion of the construction of a harmonious society.The purpose of this paper is to systematically summarize the ideological and political work methods and work experience of BINGTUAN urban community,and explore a new mode and mechanism suitable for the ideological and political work of BINGTUAN urban community,so as to continuously improve the overall level of the ideological and political work team of BINGTUAN urban community,and ensure the social stability and long-term stability of BINGTUAN urban community.This paper consists of five parts: the first part is the introduction,which describes the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas,methods and innovation.The second part is the related concepts and theoretical basis of this paper.The third part expounds the particularity and importance of the ideological and political work in the urban community of the Corps.The fourth part is a case study.Taking Shihezi community ideological and political work as an example,it summarizes the main methods and effects of Shihezi community ideological and political work,and analyzes the problems and causes in the work.The fifth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the ideological and political work of the Corps from four aspects: organization construction,team construction,methods and measures,and material guarantee. |
