"ISIS" Terrorism Mobilization And Countermeasure Research

Modern world terrorism was born in the second half of the 19 th century and continues to this day.At present,the world is still in the wave of religious terrorism,among which the most prominent is the “ISIS”.Although the “ISIS” is currently being defeated on the frontal battlefield,its rise and speed have shocked the world and have been able to attract a large number of international combatants.This has created the largest mobilization of extremist organizations in Islamic countries since 1945.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the terrorist mobilization of “ISIS”.This article takes “ISIS” as the research object,mainly uses the literature research method,comparative research method and systematic research method,combining the political opportunity structure,framing and resource mobilization of the three main schools of social movement theory to analyze “ISIS” terrorism mobilization.This article is divided into seven chapters in total.The first chapter is an introduction.It briefly explains the research background and significance of this article.It explains the theoretical value and practical significance of the topics selected in this article,and conducts relevant literature on terrorism research and terrorism mobilization research Summarize,explain the existing research and its shortcomings,further lead to the specific problems and innovations to be studied in this article,and pave the way for the following discussion.The second chapter is a theoretical perspective,combing the political opportunity structure,framing and resource mobilization,and explaining the feasibility and appropriateness of using social movement theory to analyze terrorist mobilization.The third chapter is the terrorism mobilization of the “ISIS”.First,according to the 5W elements of communication studies,the elements of the terrorist mobilization mechanism of the“ISIS” are classified into terrorism mobilization subject,mobilization channel,mobilization object,mobilization topic and mobilization effect.Secondly,it analyzes the political opportunity structure of the rise of “ISIS”,namely the disintegration of the order in the Middle East and the strategic adjustment of great powers,and interprets the types and structures of its mobilization resources.The fourth chapter is an analysis of the framing of the “ISIS” terrorism mobilization issue.From the height of the entire terrorism mobilization,the mobilization issue is included in the framing process,which is diagnostic,prognostic and motivational framing.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the frame transformation of the media mobilization of“ISIS”.From the frame transformation in the frame alignment,interpret and compare of theframing and frame transformation in the magazines Dabiq and Rumiyah,and rise to the social movement theory of political opportunity structure,framing and resource mobilization on the logical analysis of the reason for the frame transformation.The six chapter proposes countermeasures based on the inherent relationships and interactions of political opportunity structure,framing and resource mobilization,that is,to suppress the political opportunity structure of terrorism breeding,counter resource mobilization and counter terrorism mobilization framing.The seventh chapter is a summary of the research ideas and viewpoints of the whole paper,and a prospect of further research on terrorism based on the social movement theory.
